1. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Han Hongyou and Ms. Liu Yaxian Persecuted
Around 8:00 p.m. on September 13, 2009, Mr. Han Hongyou, Ms. Liu Yaxian and her youngest daughter from Lixiang Village, Daxue Township, Taihe District, Jinzhou City were unlawfully arrested at home by officials from the police department and the Daxue Police Station. Their laptop was illegally taken away. The youngest daughter wasn't released until midnight. The two practitioners' whereabouts are so far unknown.

2. [Shanghai] Ms. Shen Pingping Arrested by the "610 Office"
Ms. Shen Pingping from Shanghai was arrested at the end of June 2009, by officials from the "610 Office" in Jiading District. She is currently detained at the Qingpu Brainwashing Center.
3. [Shenze County, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Junjie Arrested
On the morning of September 6, 2009, Ms. Wang Junjie, in her fifties, was arrested while distributing truth-clarifying materials in Shenze County, and was detained at the Shijiazhuang City Asylum that afternoon.

4. [Pingdingshan City, Henan Province] Mr. Mai Jiezhai Arrested
Mr. Mai Jiezhai, 75, from Pingdingshan City was reported while clarifying the facts about Falun Gong in Hebin Park on the morning of September 10, 2009, and was subsequently arrested by officials from the Zhanhe District Police Department. The police also ransacked his home that afternoon.

5. [Wuhan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Yan Xiaomei Arrested
Around 1:00 p.m. on September 12, 2009, Ms. Yan Xiaomei was unlawfully arrested by officials from the Huaqiao Police Station. She is currently held at the No. 1 Detention Center there.
6. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Yuzhen Arrested by the Dongguan Police Station
Ms. Wang Yuzhen was unlawfully arrested on the morning of September 13, 2009 by officials from the Dongguan Police Station in Gaomi City. Her whereabouts are so far unknown.
7. [Changzhou City, Hunan Province] Ms. Pu Xiuying and Ms. Pu Rumei Unlawfully Held at the Wujin Detention Center
Mother and daughter, Ms. Pu Xiuying and Ms. Pu Rumei were arrested on September 9, 2009 by officials from the Henglin Town Police Department. They are currently held at the Wujin Detention Center in Changzhou City.
8. [Quzhou County, Hebei Province] Additional Information on the Arrest of Mr. Zhang Qingzhao
Around 10:00 a.m. on September 13, 2009, Mr. Zhang Qingzhao was arrested on his way home by officials from the Houcun Police Station in Quzhou County. The police subsequently ransacked his home and confiscated pictures of the founder of Falun Dafa, Dafa books, a DVD player and some cash. Mr. Zhang Qingzhao is currently held at the Quzhou County Detention Center.

9. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Mr. Pang Liang Arrested on the Afternoon of September 11, 2009
10. [Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Han Yuguang and Mr. Cui Chuanqi Illegally Held at the Qinhuangdao No. 2 Detention Center
On September 9, 2009, Ms. Han Yuguang from the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering of the Daqing Petroleum Institute, her father, Mr. Cui Chuanqi and another Dafa disciple were on their way from Shijiazhuang City to Beijing, traveling by coach. However, they were unlawfully arrested while their identity cards were checked in Zhuzhou City. Ms. Han Yuguang's father and another two Dafa disciples were released and returned home. Ms. Han Yuguang is currently held at the Qinhuangdao No. 2 Detention Center.
One evening after Mr. Cui Chuanqi returned home, he was once again arrested at his mother's house. Right now, he is also being held at the Qinhuangdao No. 2 Detention Center.
11. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Huang Qian and Ms. Zhao Ping Unlawfully Given Long-term Prison Sentences
Ms. Huang Qian and Ms. Zhao Ping were separately given four years and three years at a prison, and are currently held at the Guangzhou Women's Prison
12. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Luo Libin Forcedly Displaced
Around 7:00 a.m. on September 11, 2009, about eight officials, including Li Yuexin, from the Dongpo District Domestic Security Division in Meishan City broke into Ms. Luo Libin's home, and stole her desktop computer and her laptop. Because Ms. Luo Libin was forced to leave home, she cannot take care of her elderly father-in-law and her daughter who is still school-age.

13. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Guo Hongyan Illegally Held at the Shenyang City Detention Center
Ms. Guo Hongyan, who was unlawfully arrested on September 9, 2009, is currently held at the Shenyang City Detention Center.
14. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Jiang Shunian Arrested
Around 10:00 a.m. on September 14, 2009, Mr. Jiang Shunian, in his fifties, from Fangzi District, Weifang City was illegally arrested at his workplace by a number of plainclothes police including Zhao Chenglin and Wang Wei, captained by Wang Quanfeng, head of the Fangzi District State Security Bureau in Weifang City.
15. [Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Wen and Mr. Li Yuqiu Unlawfully Sent to Prison
After being unlawfully given four years of imprisonment by the Longshan District Court, Ms. Li Wen and Mr. Li Yuqiu from Liaoyuan City appealed their case to the Liaoyuan City Intermediate Court; however, the intermediate court refused to make any change.
16. [Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Ai Xuelian Transferred to the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp
On September 10, 2009, Ms. Ai Xuelian, Ms. Gu Junqing, Ms. Wang Guirong and Ms. Yi Lanhua from Liaoyuan City were sent to the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Jilin Province to be persecuted. Ms. Gu Junqing was refused to be admitted by the labor camp due to her poor health condition and has been released back home.

17. [Liaoning Province] Additional Information on the Arrest of Dafa Disciples from Liaozhong County
On September 10, 2009, Ms. Wang Yu from the No. 2 Middle School was arrested. On the afternoon of the same day, Mr. Cao Donghe from the Administrative Examination and Approval Hall in Liaozhong County was arrested. These two practitioners were arrested because their computers were being monitored.
Around 5:00 p.m. on September 10, 2009, Mr. Li Haifa was arrested downstairs at a fellow practitioner's home. At the same time, Ms. Liu Qin was also arrested.
18. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhou Ping Arrested
On August 24, 2009, Ms. Zhou Ping from Tiedong District, Anshan City was unlawfully arrested on her way home by officials from the Anshan Police Department and the Jiefang Road Police Station. The police ransacked her home and stole Dafa books and computers. After having been detained for fifteen days, Ms. Zhou Ping was sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Ms. Yu Wei, in her forties, was unlawfully arrested at her home on September 14, 2009 by officials from the Daqing Road Police Station.
20. [Huanren County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Jingxiu Arrested
At 2:00 p.m. on September 13, 2009, Mr. Li Jingxiu, 37, from Pulepu Town, Huanren County, Benxi City was arrested by officials from Huanren County. The police illegally ransacked his home and stole his computer, printers and Dafa materials. Mr. Li Jingxiu is currently being held and persecuted at the Huanren County Detention Center.

21. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Guo Xiaomei, in Her Thirties, Unlawfully Arrested
22. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Mr. Chen Fengxin Arrested
Mr. Chen Fengxin, 55, was a former chief editor for the Shandong News Agency Legal Daily. On the evening of September 12, 2009, he was reported while clarifying the facts about Falun Gong to a young man at Baimaiquan Square, and was then unlawfully arrested by officials from the Mingshui No. 1 Police Station. Three policemen took turns ferociously beating him. Two of his teeth were knocked out and another two were broken. Mr. Chen Fengxin is currently held at the Zhangqiu City Detention Center in Shandong Province.
23. [Hailin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Jinlin Arrested
Mr. Wang Jinlin from Hailin City was unlawfully arrested on September 15, 2009 by Ding Yuhua, Head of the Hailin City Domestic Security Division; as well as Wang Wei, who is the deputy head and another policeman named Jin Haizhu.
24. [Heilongjiang Province] Information on the Persecution of Mr. Gong Chengge
Mr. Gong Chengge is unlawfully detained at Mudanjiang Prison. His incisor tooth was broken while he was being severely beaten. Mr. Dai Qihong and Mr. Hou Xicai are illegally detained at Jiamusi Prison.
25 [Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Jinfeng Arrested
On September 14, 2009, Ms. Zhang Jinfeng from Liaoyang City was arrested while distributing truth-clarifying materials by officials from the Wensheng Police Station in Wensheng District.
26 [Jianli County, Hubei Province] Ms. Hu Shunxian and Ms. Fang Hua Arrested
Ms. Hu Shunxian, 64 and Ms. Fang Hua, 53 from Jianli County were reported on the morning of September 13, 2009 while clarifying the facts about Falun Gong in Qiaoshi Town. Around 4:00 p.m. on the same day, Jiang Changhong, deputy head of the "610 Office" in Jianli County captained another two officials to unlawfully arrest these two practitioners and sent them to the Jianli County Detention Center.

27. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wei Yunxia Arrested
On the evening of September 14, 2009, officials from the Yushu City Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Wei Yunxia at her home first; and subsequently went to Mr. Zhang Kui's home to arrest him and also arrest Mr. Fu Decai and Mr. Yang Fujun who were at his home. Mr. Zhang Kui was released that evening.
28. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Xiuwen and Ms. Wang Xiuqin Facing Illegal Sentencing
Ms. Wang Xiuwen and Ms. Wang Xiuqin from Fengnan District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province were reported while clarifying the facts about Falun Gong in the market. They were subsequently arrested to the Fengnan Detention Center. After 15 days at the detention center, they were transferred to the Fengnan Forced Labor Camp.
29. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Hongyuan and Ms. Liu Shuyun Arrested
On the morning of September 13, 2009, elderly practitioners, Ms. Liu Hongyuan and Ms. Liu Shuyun from Tangshan City were arrested at the Liutun Hand Market by officials from the Liutun Police Station. They were arrested to the Changningdao Detention Center that afternoon.

30. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Zhilan Unlawfully Arrested
On August 24, 2009, Ms. Wang Zhilan, in her sixties, from Fushun City was arrested at home and her home was also ransacked. She is currently held at the Fushun City Detention Center.
31. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Ping Arrested
In the first part of September 2009, Ms. Li Ping, in her fifties, from Fushun City was illegally arrested while distributing truth-clarifying materials in the Nangou area of Fushun City.
32. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Lin Guizhi Hospitalized Due to Long-term Abuse at Shenyang Prison
Ms. Lin Guizhi from Chaoyang City has been unlawfully detained in the Sixth Team of the Second Corps of the Shenyang Prison for six years now. Over the past year, Ms. Lin Guizhi suffered a heart attack. Although her family requested many times that she be released for medical treatment, the police still refuse. Consequently her condition has worsened.
On September 9, 2009, Ms. Lin's husband went to visit her and watched through the glass as his wife collapsed and lost consciousness. Ms. Lin was then sent to hospital due to the seriousness of her health condition.
