(Clearwisdom.net) (By a correspondent from Heilongjiang Province) At around 8 a.m. on January 11, 2010, Ms. Pan Shurong was working at her home-store when Shi Ping, the chief of the 610 Office, and half a dozen policemen broke into her house and arrested her. Ms. Pan's family is currently very distraught over this incident. The arrest of Ms. Pan from Qianjin Farm was instigated by Yu Wenbo from Jiansanjing Police Station, who is in charge of the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
Ms. Pan had previously been arrested on two occasions. On January 15, 2005, five practitioners from Qianjin Farm--Zhu Jinhua, Li Jingfen, Shi Shuhua, Tang Ying, and Pan Shurong--and Ms. Pan's husband, who was the driver, went to distribute materials to clarify the facts about Falun Gong. They were reported and arrested and sent to the Jiansanjiang Brainwashing Center where they were persecuted.
At around 7 a.m. on March 1, 2009, seven people including Su Yigang, the head of Qianjin Farm Police Department, and Shi Ping made Ms. Pan get into their vehicle by telling her that they wanted to talk to her. They took away personal property valued at 5,000 yuan and took Ms. Pan to the Jiangsanjiang Brainwashing Center.
