(Clearwisdom.net) After reading Master's answer to a practitioner's question in the 2010 New York Fa Conference, I began to reconsider how to clarify the truth, especially for practitioners in mainland China.
First, I would like to quote Master's "Fa Teaching Given at the 2010 New York Fa Conference:"
"Dafa disciples need to pay attention to the approach they take when clarifying the truth, since the people out there have all sorts of different frames of mind. And this is especially important with Chinese people, who have had their heads infused with the wicked-Party-culture's mode of thought, vocabulary, and conduct, and who are trapped within the confines of the wicked Party's culture. Even when some Chinese people curse the wicked Party, they do so in its own context, without ever having truly understood the wicked Party for what it is. So, I would say that you need to rationally go about things, and not just do things superficially. If you want to save people, then you have to put more into it and not just do things superficially.
"The saying, 'Heaven is going to eliminate the CCP,' is the final outcome that cultivators have come to see. Don't make it your opening line when you clarify the truth. If you have really explained things to people, however, and then you get into how evil the Party is and that Heaven is going to eliminate it, then that's okay. But when you have yet to clarify the truth to that person and you launch into "Heaven is going to eliminate the CCP," and the person really hasn't come to understand things, then they will think that you're 'getting political.'"
After reading this part of Master's lecture, I realized that we often had this problem. Many practitioners in mainland China have posted statements saying, "Falun Dafa is good," "Heaven is about to eliminate the CCP," and "Quitting the CCP will keep you safe." People who have been poisoned by atheism easily misunderstand these messages and develop bad feelings about us as a result. Many practitioners in mainland China begin their truth clarification discussions with people by asking questions such as "Have you withdrawn from the CCP and its affiliates? Heaven is about to eliminate the CCP, and remember that Falun Dafa is good." In many cases, this frightens people away and has a bad effect. I read some sharing articles in Minghui Weekly, which also mentioned such examples.
I enlightened that "Falun Dafa is good" and "Heaven is about to eliminate the CCP" are conclusions. We emphasize presenting people with these conclusions over and over but do not explain the reasons behind them. Through practitioners' efforts over the years, almost everyone in China has heard these two expressions through various channels, but they rarely understand the reasons why practitioners believe them to be true. This pushes many people away, and even led some to ridicule us. We are trying to save people, but, instead, we end up turning them away and having exactly the opposite from the desired effect. I think practitioners in China should pay attention to disclosing the CCP's brutal persecution of Falun Dafa and explaining the beauty of Dafa and why Heaven will eliminate the CCP so as to truly inspire people's compassion and awaken their conscience.
I have told some people about the horrible practice of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. I did not say too much, but I could tell that they were sympathetic and curious to know the truth. They did not have an aversion to Dafa so they accepted the truth, or at least began to question all the negative propaganda they had heard. After the many CCP political movements, which have taken millions of innocent Chinese lives, it is common that many Chinese are sympathetic towards people being persecuted even though they do not dare say too much about it.
We should explain that practitioners are all just regular people who have benefited from Dafa mentally and physically. Practitioners do no harm to society--just the opposite, in fact--yet the CCP brutally persecutes them. Such words would generate people's understanding of practitioners and their plight and help save those we are speaking to.
To help save those who have been deceived by CCP propaganda, we should emphasize the facts of the persecution. I personally suggest putting these sentences on fliers or posters:
The CCP harvests organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for huge profits. This is a crime.
Falun Gong practitioners have nowhere to appeal, so they write the facts on banknotes.
Falun Gong practitioners have no political aspirations but peacefully tell people about the injustice they face.
Falun Gong practitioners have no political aspirations and have not used any violence since the persecution began.
More than 3,800 Falun Gong practitioners have died as a result of the brutal persecution.
The CCP lies about Falun Gong, and everyone is welcome to hear the truth.
A police officer from Henan Province raped a female practitioner. He was promoted. Heaven will not tolerate him.
A pregnant practitioner was hung up and dropped to the ground repeatedly until she had a miscarriage. Her husband was forced to watch.
In order to force Falun Gong practitioners to renounce their faith, the police have shocked their private parts with electric batons.
The CCP's persecution of Falun Gong angers Heaven. China suffers many disasters. People should wake up to save themselves.

In order to force Falun Gong practitioners to renounce their faith, the police use many different methods of torture such as the Tiger Bench and the Death Bed.
The CCP persecutes Falun Gong. Natural disasters punish members of the CCP and affect those who do not know the truth.
In history, a Roman emperor ordered the burning of Rome but blamed the Christians. His goal was to turn the people against Christians so that he could persecute them. This brought the plague to Rome and Rome was destroyed. In modern times, the CCP directed the self-immolation in Tiananmen Square to incite people's hatred towards Falun Gong so as to persecute Falun Gong nationwide. Now, many disasters are taking place in China. Persecuting righteous beliefs incurs retribution. This lesson should make people think and awaken.
Falun Gong practitioners believe in the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance but are persecuted by the CCP.
CCP promotes dishonesty, evil, and violence. It is afraid of Falun Gong's principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. That's why it persecutes Falun Gong.
Everyone curses the CCP but does not know its true nature. The book Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party exposes it.
Through studying Master's lecture, I also enlightened that clarifying the truth and saving sentient beings have to be done solidly instead of superficially. We should not just pursue the numbers of people to quit the CCP. Some people quit just so that practitioners will leave them alone. I think that the CCP will meet its ultimate fate only when more people truly know its evil nature, not just when a certain number of people have renounced it. When everyone understands the CCP's evildoing, they will naturally withdraw and it will naturally crumble. For people to really know the truth is most important.
Let's all diligently think of more ways to save people, do it with our hearts, and do well solidly and meticulously. We should put ourselves in other people's shoes and find ways to tell them in ways that they will understand so that they will truly comprehend the evilness of the CCP and the righteousness of Falun Dafa. Let's do better so that Master worries less about us.
