I am an elderly female practitioner from Wuhan City, Hubei Province. I would like to tell how the officers from Zhonghualu Police Station in the Wuchang District and Erzhigou Detention Center of Wuhan City persecuted me.
At 1:30 p.m. on November 13, right after I finished shopping at Hualian Supermarket on Zhonghua Road, two security guards in the market wanted to check my bag. They pulled me into the security office, where they found Falun Gong informational materials in my bag. Their boss asked for my name and address, but I refused to answer, so he called the Zhonghualu Police Station. Officers came to the supermarket and took me back to the police station. They interrogated me and asked for my name and address. I refused to answer all their questions. A policewoman, Wang Dan, did not allow me to use the restroom. I was detained until 9 p.m. and taken to Erzhigou Detention Center in the Dongxihu District. Because I refused to submit to a medical examination, the detention center would not accept me. I was taken back to the police station.
The next day, I was taken the the Erzhigou Detention Center again. I told them that I had heart disease and high blood pressure. They checked my blood pressure and found it was normal, so I was admitted. In the center, I exposed the fact that the police station and the detention center illegally arrested me in order to extort money from me. Because of this I was not not given any food. On the 10th night, my health deteriorated. I threw up blood and felt that I could not breathe. I felt dizzy, with waist and back pain. On the 12th day, policemen from Zhonghualu Police Station took me to the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center, located in Yujiatou Village in the Wuchang District.
In the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center, I kept shouting, “Falun Dafa is good!” An older male guard stuffed a cloth into my mouth. I almost couldn't breathe.
Later, a doctor in the brainwashing center found my health condition was very bad. I was immediately sent to my sister's home by CCP members from the Huangpi District 610 Office and Wangjiahe Town.
