(Clearwisdom.net) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 20 cities or counties in 11 provinces. In this report, 10 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 23 practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Huadian, Jilin Province] Ms. Song Guifen on Hunger Strike
Yu Xiaoqiang, captain of the Domestic Security Division, and Yang Baolin, director of the 610 Office, illegally arrested Ms. Song Guifen on November 29, 2010, and detained her in Xiaobaishan Forced Labor Camp in Jilin City. Ms. Song has been on a hunger strike for six days. Her family has tried to visit her at the forced labor camp several times, but to no avail.
2. [Fengcheng, Liaoning Province] 610 Office and Police Bureau Arrest Mr. Guan Qingrao
Sun Xiaobing from the Fengcheng 610 Office and several other officers broke into Mr. Guan Qingrao's home and arrested him at around 12:00 p.m. on December 3, 2010. They took him to the Fushun Brainwashing Center.
3. [Beijing] Mr. Li Diansheng Detained for More Than a Month
Officers from the Chaoyang branch of the Beijing Police Bureau arrested and detained Mr. Li Diansheng in November 2010.
4. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Nalun Arrested
Mr. Liu Nalun was arrested while distributing truth-clarification materials in Pingyi County on November 19, 2010. Mr. Liu is currently detained in Linyi City.
Mr. Liu, 42 years old, is a villager from Xijiepai Village, Jiepai Town, Mengyin County. He worked for Mengyi County Raw Materials Company. In the past 11 years of the Chinese Communist Party's persecution of Falun Gong, Mr. Liu has been detained for six months by his workplace, three months in Mengyin County Detention Center, and two times in the brainwashing center organized by the Mengyin County 610 Office. He was later sentenced to four years in prison.
5. [Laishui County, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Guohua and Ms. Niu Qingyun Persecuted
Police officers broke into Ms. Niu's home at around 2:00 p.m. on June 12, 2010. They ransacked it and confiscated a cell phone, two Falun Gong books, and an MP3 player. Ms. Niu was then taken to Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp in the middle of the night. Ms. Niu and her husband, Mr. Zhang Guohua, have been persecuted many times in the past.
6. [Laiyang, Shandong Province] Ms. Wu Jinfeng Sentenced to Three Years
A Laiyang Court judge sentenced Ms. Wu Jinfeng to three years' imprisonment. Ms. Wu is currently in the Laiyang Detention Center.
7. [Zunhua, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Xiujuan Detained at Zunhua City Detention Center
Ms. Li Xiujuan was reported to the authorities for distributing truth-clarification materials on December 1, 2010. Someone from the community committee; Wang Kunyuan, captain of the Zunhua City Domestic Security Division; and several police officers then arrested Ms. Li and took her to Zunhua Detention Center. Her home was also ransacked.
8. [Xiangcheng, He'nan Province] Ms. Liu Bing Detained in Xinxiang Mental Hospital
Ms. Liu Bing is a teacher at Xiangcheng First Shiyan Middle School. Personnel from the Xiangcheng City 610 Office; Liu Shuhai, the principal of the middle school; and Liu Jiqiu, Ms. Liu Bing's husband, took her to Xinxiang Mental Hospital to try to force her to “”transform.””

9. [Anhui Province] 65-Year-Old Ms. Yu Meixiu from Hefei Vehicle Parts Factory Arrested on November 25, 2010
10. [Wuxue, Hubei Province] Ms. Ju Yanxia and Mr. Zhu Guosheng Arrested
Ms. Ju Yanxia and Mr. Zhu Guosheng from Longping Town were arrested on November 30, 2010, and their homes ransacked. The police confiscated Falun Gong books and other personal items. Both practitioners are now detained in a brainwashing facility inside the Wuxue Detention Center.

11. [Baojing County, Hu'nan Province] Ms. Xu Qiuping Arrested
Personnel from the Baojing County 610 Office arrested 49-year-old Ms. Xu Qiuping while she was distributing materials about Falun Gong on October 28, 2010. Ms. Xu's home was also ransacked. She is being detained in the Baojing County Detention Center.

12. [Wuhan, Hubei Province] Mr. Kang Youyuan Detained
Officers from Minyi Police Station in the Jianghan District, Wuhan City, arrested Mr. Kang Youyuan from the Hankou District on the evening of November 8, 2010. Then they took him to the Jianghan District Police Bureau Detention Center, where he is still detained. Mr. Kang has been detained for more than 15 days at the detention center.

13. [Beizhen, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Caiyan Forced into Homelessness
Officers from the Liaotun Police Station and the Beizhen City Domestic Security Division ransacked Ms. Li Caiyan's home in Laigong Village, Liaotun Town. They confiscated Falun Gong books and other materials. To avoid further persecution, Ms. Li was forced to leave home.
14. [Beijing] Mr. Gao Chaohui Detained at Shijingshan Detention Center
Mr. Gao Chaohui worked at the Gaojing Power Plant in Shijingshan before officers from Shijingshan Police Bureau and the local police station arrested him at around 1:00 p.m. on October 28, 2010. He was detained in the Shijingshan Detention Center but has now been transferred to the Shijingshan Detention House. Mr. Gao's family has tried to visit him, but was unsuccessful.

15. [Ji'nan, Shandong Province] Officers Ransack Practitioners' Homes in Pingyin County
The police ransacked several practitioners' homes in Pingyin County sometime between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. on November 23, 2010. They destroyed the practitioners' materials production site. A couple were arrested along with Mr. Xu Yong, Mr. Zhang Jinbo, Ms. Wang Ximei, Mr. Miao Huidong, Mr. Zhang Yong, and Ms. Yi Chenghua. Ms. Wang Ximei and Mr. Miao Huidong have been released.
16. [De'an County, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Zhou Yudi and Ms. Zhou Limin Arrested
Officers arrested Ms. Zhou Yudi and Ms. Zhou Limin when they were distributing truth-clarification materials at the new square in De'an County. Both practitioners are now being held in the county detention center.

17. [Dongying, Shandong Province] Mr. Yue Guomin Arrested at Home and Taken to Jishu Brainwashing Center
Mr. Yue Guomin works at the Shenghuo Company affiliated with the Fifth Drilling Company of Shengli Oil Field. He was arrested at home on the evening of November 29, 2010, and taken to the Jishu Brainwashing Center.
18. [Yongqing, Hebei Province] Mr. Yang Junchi and Ms. Zhao Yufeng Arrested
Chen Bin from the Langfang City 610 Office collaborated with Shi Huanjin from the Yongqing County 610 Office to arrest Mr. Yang Junchi from Yangmazhuang on December 1, 2010.
Ms. Zhao Yufeng from South Balizhuang Village was also arrested at home and taken to the Langfang Brainwashing Center.
19. [Jishui, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Wu Tuanlian and Ms. Zhou Ping Detained at Qiliwan Detention Center
Ms. Wu Tuanlian and Ms. Zhou Ping were arrested on November 26, 2010, and taken to the county police bureau. Both are currently in the Qiliwan Detention Center.

21. [Shenzhen, Guangdong Province] Ms. Yao Zhen Sentenced to One Year of Forced Labor
Authorities at Dongwan Police Bureau sentenced Ms. Yao Zhen to one year of forced labor without any following any legal procedures towards the end of November 2010. Ms. Yao is now in Shangqiao Detention Center in Dongwan.
