1. [Baishan City, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information on the Persecution of Ms. Gao Yumei, Ms. Wang Fengkun, and Ms. Yang
On January 30, 2010, Ms. Gao Yumei, Ms. Wang Fengkun, and Ms. Yang from Wangou in the Jiangyuan District, Baishan City, were arrested by officers from Wangou Police Station in the Jiangyuan District while they were talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong in Wangou Sidaocha Village, Baishan City. Later Ms. Gao was taken to Changchun Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp, and Ms. Wang Fengkun and Ms. Yang had 10,000 and 7,000 yuan, respectively, extorted from them.
2. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zheng Decai Held at Zhuanghe Detention Center
On the evening of February 15, 2010, officers from Dazheng Police Station, Zhuanghe, Dalian City, arrested Mr. Zheng Decai from Zhuanghe while he was distributing truth-clarification materials. He was later taken to the Zhuanghe Detention Center.

3. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Liu Yu Held at Detention Center
On February 15, 2010, Mr. Liu Yu from Hegang City was reported to the police when he was seen explaining the facts about Falun Gong to people on Zhenxing Square in the Xiangyang District of Hegang City. Officers from Guangming Police Station in the Xiangyang District arrested Mr. Liu, and he is now being held in a detention center.

4. [Beijing] Mr. Ma Haichun Sentenced to Two Years of Forced Labor
On December 16, 2009, police officer Wang Weidong, and seven other officers broke into the home of Mr. Ma Haichun from xthe Pinggu District in Beijing. They arrested him and confiscated his MP3 player. Later they sentenced him to two years forced labor, to be served outside of the labor camp.

In November 2009, Ms. Zhang Shuping and Ms. Lu Xiaohong from Liaocheng City were sentenced to forced labor.
6. [Feixi County, Anhui Province] Mr. Wu Changwei Held in a Detention Center
On February 7, 2010, Mr. Wu Changwei from Feixi County was arrested at home. He is now being held at the Feixi County Detention Center.
7. [Qinhuangdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Huang Cuijin Arrested
In early January 2010, Ms. Huang Cuijin from Lulong in Qinhuangdao City was arrested while she was visiting her hometown in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province. Her whereabouts are still unknown.
8. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Ma Guoqi Arrested
On September 22, 2009, police officers from the Domestic Security Division in the Shenhe District in Shenyang City arrested Mr. Ma Guoqi, 58 years old, and his daughter and confiscated their Dafa books, telephone, cell phones, clock, and other personal belongings. Mr. Ma and his daughter were then taken to Shenyang City Detention Center. They took Mr. Ma's daughter to the brainwashing center, where she was subjected to brainwashing and was later released. Mr. Ma is still being held at the detention center and is not allowed to meet with his family.
