I am pleased to extend my personal greetings to the Falun Dafa Association of Canada as you celebrate Falun Dafa Month.
Canada is immeasurably enriched by the myriad cultures, traditions and histories that compose our national story. Canadian society is recognized the world over for its harmonious pluralism, founded on values of tolerance and freedom of religion and conscience. As fellow Canadians, we can take pride in our rich cultural heritage and stand united in our national quest to build an even better Canada.
As you celebrate the 18th anniversary of the introduction of Falun Dafa to the public, I commend the Falun Dafa Association of Canada for sharing your practices and traditions with Canadians. On behalf of the Government of Canada, I extend my best wishes for a joyous and memorable celebration.
