(Clearwisdom.net) This marks the 11th year since the start of the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Almost all the actions against practitioners have originated from the 610 Office, which has directed and controlled government branches at all levels to carry out the persecution on behalf of the CCP. Therefore, dissolving the 610 office is a most critical step in stopping the persecution and saving sentient beings. We practitioners in mainland China and abroad need to be more assertive, systematic, and thorough in going against the persecution.
Rather than actively telling people the facts about Falun Dafa and eliminating the evil to prevent the persecution, we often wait until something happens before we act to expose the evildoers, or wait until a practitioner's family member is persecuted before trying hard to save them. In a sense, we permit the persecution and passively acknowledge the old forces' arrangement and their so-called test for practitioners.
The main culprit of the persecution is the 610 Office. We need to focus on exposing it, so that it can no longer initiate orders or control the other branches of government. We must tell the facts to the organizations that carry out these orders and let them know the truth and the terrible consequences of their actions, so that they will refuse to cooperate with the 610 Office.
We often try to stop the persecution by speaking to the agents or people in the organizations that carry out the persecution, but we don't do enough to tell the facts to the perpetrator's family members, friends, or acquaintances. As a result, we don't completely expose the evil and create an atmosphere to stop the persecution within society. The perpetrators may feel proud of themselves for seemingly being able to get away with committing evil deeds. Most of the families and friends of the perpetrators do not know about, nor approve of, the crimes being committed. When they learn the true situation, they are typically shocked and will object to these crimes. This can serve as a form of motivation for the perpetrators to stop their actions.
Internationally, over 50 lawsuits have been initiated against those who are responsible for the persecution. More and more righteous lawyers are also fighting for practitioners who are being persecuted. The five prime offenders in persecuting practitioners--Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Bo Xilai, Jia Qingling, and Wu Guanzheng--have been charged by the Spanish National Court with the crimes of genocide and torture. The Argentina Federal Court has issued orders to arrest Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan, and the U.S. Congress nearly unanimously passed House Resolution 605 and explicitly called for the dissolution of the 610 Office. The international community's position on the persecution of Falun Gong is starting to become clear, but practitioners still have to lead the way to educate people about the facts.
