(Clearwisdom.net) On May 3, 2010, shortly after 7:00 p.m., about a dozen police officers suddenly barged into Ms. Chen Hongli's home. They arrested her and confiscated her belongings, including her computer, printer, satellite receivers, etc. The policemen involved in the arrest included Liu Jinying, Zhao Guoqi, Xu Zhigang, and Wang Wei from the Domestic Security Division of the Qianxi Police Bureau, as well as about five people from the Criminal Investigation Division. This was the sixth time that Ms. Chen has been arrested since the persecution of Falun Gong started in 1999.

Document Exposed, "610 Office" Officials Disturbing All Around

In late April, after Clearwisdom.net uncovered a 610 Office document instigating an attack on Falun Gong practitioners citing the Shanghai World Expo as an excuse, the documents disseminated in some districts were urgently recalled overnight. The 610 Office was also investigating how the document was leaked out.

The location specifically mentioned in the Clearwisdom.net report was Qianxi County, Hebei Province. Under pressure from the 610 Office, each department controlled by the 610 Office (the Political and Judiciary Committee) were thrown into fear and uncertainty. The police sub-division and judiciary departments, followed by the Qianxi County Police Bureau, each established "Special Case Groups." Not only did they again and again interrogate the people who had been in contact with the document, but they also inquired about all of the relatives of people who had read the document. They went about harassing everyone in their path. Incidentally, Mao Fengyong, the government cadre from the Xingcheng Township government, was considered a suspect. Officers from the Chengguan Police Station of Qianxi County interrogated Mr. and Mrs. Mao as well as their daughter who is in junior high school.

On May 3, 2010, Mr. and Mrs. Mao's case also involved Ms. Chen Hongli, and all three were arrested. The police also confiscated the computers belonging to the two families. Mrs. and Mrs. Mao have since been released but Ms. Chen Hongli is still being detained. It was said that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members found three other "traitors" to "brainwash" and they persecuted Chen Hongli.

Ms. Chen became a Dafa practitioner in 1997. Ms. Chen has since done her best to be a good person. She took care of the father of her husband's ex-wife who was very ill. Every day Ms. Chen took very good care of the old man, feeding him food and medicine and cleaning up after him. Relatives and neighbors were so touched by her good deeds that they said they had never met anyone so nice.

She is such a kind person and yet she was illegally arrested six times in the past eleven years after the persecution of Falun Gong began. Ms. Chen has suffered a great deal.

In December 1999, Ms. Chen went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong but was arrested by police on Tiananmen Square and struck hard on the face by a policewoman. CCP agents in Xingchen Township of Qianxi County brought her from Beijing to be detained in the Qianxi Detention Center for over forty days. Her hands were sometimes cuffed behind her back. Officers from the Domestic Security Division also ransacked their house. The police threatened Ms. Chen's family members and extorted them out of 3,000 yuan as bail money before they released Ms. Chen.

In 2000, Ms. Chen and her mother were both arrested by the Qianxi County Domestic Security Division, and were sent to a detention center. Ms. Chen went on a hunger strike and was force-fed. She was also handcuffed behind her back for an extended period of time and thus could not have a meal or use the washroom. The Qianxi County Domestic Security Division again extorted Ms. Chen's family members out of 6,000 yuan.

On November 18, 2000, Yuan Kaiyi, the deputy head of the Qianxi County Police Bureau, and Zhu Zhengang, captain of the Domestic Security Division, along with four other officers, suddenly barged into Ms. Chen's home. They handcuffed Ms. Chen's hands behind her back and openly pilfered her belongings. Ms. Chen was again taken to the detention center. The police alleged that someone from Beijing had sent Ms. Chen Falun Gong materials. For this they interrogated Ms. Chen for several long days using all kinds of torture. Policeman Li Guoan, wielding a thick club, struck Ms. Chen hard on the leg. Policeman Zhao Xin handcuffed Ms. Chen to a light pole in the backyard of the police bureau for several hours. Ms. Chen was not released from the pole until she was almost frozen from the cold.

About two months later, Ms. Chen was again arrested and sent to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp. The forced labor camp refused to take in Ms. Chen as she did not pass the physical examination. She was then again sent the Qianxi County Detention Center. After a while, Ms. Chen was again sent to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp. In the forced labor camp Ms. Chen was forced to go through a brainwashing session.

In March 2010 (when the two levels of the people's congress meetings were convened), the Qianxi County police set up roadblocks in and out of the county to check personal IDs and search private items of the passengers. Ms. Chen was arrested at one of the roadblocks set up by the Qianxi County police and the Luojiatun Police Station.
