(Clearwisdom.net) I am a Falun Gong practitioner in Dayi County, Chengdu, Sichuan. Over the past ten years, I have been fined my home has been ransacked, and I've been arrested and tortured because of my belief in Dafa.
After the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started to denigrate Dafa and Master Li Hongzhi, at the end of September 1999, we 70 local practitioners talked about our thoughts in Zhong Nianwen's house. While we were in the meeting we were reported. We all left the location under Master's protection.
That night the police arrested Zhong Nianwen and his wife, Song Xiuying, and took them to Jinyuan Police Station in Dayi. The next day Wu Xiaolong from Xinchang Police Station arrested and took me to Jinyuan Police Station, too. Liu Xuemei and another five officers from the 610 Office tortured me to confess about the meeting. No matter how they beat me, I refused to tell them anything. They therefore detained us three for 15 days and extorted us for 150 yuan each before releasing us.
In the same year I went to Beijing to clarify the truth with other practitioners. As soon as we arrived, Beijing Station police arrested and took us to Sichuan Office in Beijing. Two days later we were detained in Chengdu addiction treatment center. Police took all the money on me and put me in Dayi Detention Center. They forced me to say my purpose of going to Beijing. I told them firmly I went there to clarify the truth about Dafa and Master. They detained me for another 15 days.
After I was released from the detention center, Zheng Xunze, the leader of the army in Dunyi County, asked Zhu Conghua from the Security Team, to arrest and take me to Dunyi County Government. Zheng force me to pay 500 yuan as fees for transportation and living expenses before releasing me at home.
It was only when I arrived home that I found out during my days in Beijing, Zheng Xunze brought police Chen Sisi, village head Fu Delin, security officer Yang Hongwen and others, and ransacked my apartment, confiscated cigarettes, food, seasoning, toiletry articles, study items and so on, worth 1500 yuan in total.
Police You Anjun, Liu Xuemei and the director of "610" came to my apartment and confiscated one radio and two exercise tapes one day during March 2001. Police Wu Xiaolong and Gong Bingchun from Xinchang Police Station ransacked my apartment again in May 2002, confiscating two photos of Master, one radio and my cultivation materials. Then they took me to Xinchang Police Station,locked me up to a chair continuously for a whole day without rest, trying to torture me into a confession. They also asked me to sign something, but I refused. Then a police surnamed Yuan took me to Dayi Detention Center where I was detained for a month.
In 2003, Dayi Police Station Director Zhou Wencai, police Liu Xuemei and the director from the "610" took me to Xinchang Police Station in 2003. They all tortured me for a confession and asked me about the source of my materials, but they failed. Then Yang Yongyi from Jinyuan Police Station and Dunyi security officers Li Wei and Chen Tao took me to Xinchang Police Station. Zhou Wencai tortured me in person. I was hung up for two hours and my hand was swollen. They only put me down when they shocked me into unconsciousness, and then woke me up with cold water. Zhou Wencai tortured me at night. He beat me and kicked me. I was tortured for eight days. They didn't allow me to sleep. As soon as my eyes closed they beat me. In the second half of the eighth night, my handcuffs suddenly fell off by themselves. I realized that Master wanted me to escape. Just like that I left the police station, starting my days of homelessness.
In this homeless nine months, the police tried to find me everywhere.
Police Yan Bo, You Anjun, Xiong Yong and director Yang Liang from the 610 illegally ransacked my apartment again before the Olympics in August 2008. They didn't find any materials yet they took me to Xinchang Police Station. I saw there were three fellow practitioners who had already been locked up to a tree. Police Yan Bo and You Anjun tortured us for a confession and asked me about where I kept dafa materials, but I didn't tell them. Instead, I clarified the truth to them. They got nothing from me in the end.
