(Clearwisdom.net) One day in October 1999, my younger brother brought me something to put away for safekeeping. It was wrapped up tightly in a yellow knit bag. He gave it to me, and I set it on the floor. He said, "Please don't leave it there," as he picked it up and placed it on the couch. I didn't want to set it on the furniture at first, but he could tell what I was thinking and said seriously, "These are the Falun Dafa materials we used to hand out before the persecution started a few months ago. They are very important. We need to keep them for the future. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) persecutes Falun Dafa now, but we can't afford to lose such precious things, and I want to leave them with you. Please take good care of them."

Before he left, he said to me, "Sister, please make sure to put this package away. If someone comes here looking for it, make sure you don't just give it to them. You see, as I understand it, this is something more valuable than our lives." I said to him, "Take it easy, I'll put it away for you for sure." Nobody thought that saving these materials for my brother would become his last wish before he passed away, and I have been keeping them for eleven years!

After he left, I wondered - where should I put such an important package? Thinking it over and over, I decided to put it in a cabinet, very high up.

A year and six months passed before I thought of it again. During the summer of 2001, I began cleaning my house, and remembered that there was something I kept for my brother. I quickly took it out. The knitted bag had some wear and tear, but luckily, the materials inside were still intact.

This was the first time I'd opened bag. I was shocked once I saw what was inside, and scared as well. Thinking about what my brother told me, I wrapped it up tightly again and put it back into the cabinet.

During the Chinese New Year in 2001, I went to the forced labor camp to visit my brother. He had been arrested and jailed at the Changlin Detention Center by CCP officers because he practiced Falun Gong. When he saw me, he asked me secretly about the materials he had entrusted me with, and I hinted that they were intact. He understood, and was very relieved.

After he was released from the forced labor camp, I took out the yellow bag again and checked the materials inside closely. In order not to have them attacked by worms, I inserted two moth balls and put them away again.

Soon afterward, I became a practitioner myself. After I finished reading Zhuan Falun and Teacher Li's other lectures, I began to truly understand why my brother cherished the materials in the bag so much.

On January 2, 2005, my brother was persecuted to death at Changlin Forced Labor Camp. I took out the materials that he had me keep for him, and upon seeing them, I burst into tears. I'll save this bag for sure and save it for the future!

Precious Falun Dafa materials saved for eleven years

The materials that my brother gave me for safekeeping, that he risked his life for, and that I have kept for eleven years, are materials that were used to introduce people to Falun Gong prior to the persecution. They include several pictures, including those of Teacher, an exercise illustration chart, a Falun, pictures of Teacher spreading the Fa in different places, and of practitioners doing the exercises in different regions - twenty pictures altogether.

I look forward to the day when these precious materials can again be proudly displayed in China, and when the crushing and pointless persecution comes to an end.
