(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner, Ms. Zhu Feilan is 48 years old, and she lives in Nanhui District, Pudong County, Shanghai. She was illegally arrested by the police in Nanhui District, and was detained for three months. During that period, the authorities tried twice to send her to a Forced Labor Camp, however, they failed. Finally, on August 17, Ms. Zhu Feilan was released on medical parole.

In the afternoon of April 25, 2010, Ms. Zhu Feilan was laying bricks at a house in Leyuan Plaza, Renmin Dong Lu, Huinan Town, and over a dozen people broke in and arrested her. She was taken to Huinan Police Station, and then transferred to Nanhui Detention Center in the evening. Her home was ransacked by the police that day.

On May 25, 2010 the police from the National Security Team in Nanhui District tried to force Zhu Feilan to sign a so-called "Verdict for one year of forced labor," but she refused to sign it. In the morning of June 9, 2010 Zhu Feilan was sent to Qingpu Women's Forced Labor Camp, and she was rejected because she had no medical certificate. On July 7, 2010 Zhu Feilan was resent to the forced labor camp by the police. The forced labor camp rejected her again because her physical condition was poor.

After she returned to the detention center, she was force-fed by a leader called Zhu of the National Security Team, a prison physician and police officers. Later, parts of her body went numb, her body became swollen and she lacked strength.

In the morning of August 10, 2010, Zhu Feilan was sent to the Zhoupu Prison Hospital in Shanghai. Since her numbness and body swelling did not improve, on August 17 the police from Nanhui Detention Center and a prison doctor came to the hospital and released Zhu Feilan on medical parole. They notified Zhu Feilan's family members to take her home.

Zhu Feilan was previously arrested in August 2002 under false charges. She was detained at Songjiang Women's Prison and mistreated there for three years and six months.
