(Clearwisdom.net) Eight or nine practitioners have recently been sent to a brainwashing center or detention center in our area. One of these practitioners named Jinxin (nickname) has never cooperated with the persecutors. Seeing that he (or she) refused to say anything, the police who were interrogating him/her asked, "Your sentence is now one month of detention. Do you want to go home early or would you rather have your term extended?" This practitioner didn't answer his question directly, but instead calmly said, "I have not committed any crime. You are the one who is committing a crime because you abducted me." Seeing that this trick didn't work, the officer changed strategy and said, "Now let's not talk about Falun Gong. Let's talk about food. What do you want to eat?" The practitioner answered, "I don't want to discuss what I want to eat. We can talk about food outside. But I will not say anything here." The police had to leave the room.
This reminds me of what happened to me in the past. When I was taken away, the police asked me, "Will you practice Falun Gong again?" I proudly said, "Yes!" From the surface, I seemed to have righteous thoughts, but in fact I was still cooperating with the evil, as when asked about my education and work experiences, I thought to myself, "There is nothing to hide. It is all written in my document." I then answered all the questions. The police were very satisfied and said, "You cooperated well." I then realized that I did wrong.
"Why should you, a Dafa disciple, fear the evil ones when enduring persecution? The crux of the matter is that you have attachments. If not, do not endure passively, and face the evil people with righteous thoughts at all times. No matter what the situation, do not cooperate with the evil's demands, orders, or what it instigates. Especially near the end of the Fa rectification, the seriousness of cultivation and the evil nature of the Chinese Communist Party becomes more obvious. Only when we study the Fa more and are diligent can we walk our paths righteously.
