(Clearwisdom.net) The 610 Office, the political and judiciary committees, police departments, state security divisions, as well as government organizations at all levels and every one that is under the auspice of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began another round of detaining Falun Gong practitioners on a large scale across the country in 2010. Practitioners were taken to brainwashing centers, where they were forced to renounce Falun Gong and give up their belief in the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.
Fa-rectification is in its final stage and the days for those evil lives in other dimensions that were involved in the persecution of practitioners are numbered. Then why do these large scale arrests of practitioners still happen?
I wish to share with fellow practitioners my understanding of this issue based on the Fa. Should any practitioner believe me to be outside the Fa, please kindly share with me.
Positioning Ourselves Correctly
Fa-rectification cultivation has gone on for a period of more than ten years. Teacher clearly shared with us the relationship between Him and the old forces, and also told us how to totally negate the old forces' arrangements. Totally negating the arrangements made by the old forces includes negating the interference to Teacher's Fa-rectification and the so-called tests of practitioners. In the persecution of Dafa and its practitioners, it is most important to be correctly positioned.
On the subject of positioning oneself, especially since we have been influenced by the warped concepts we have acquired over time, we must admit it when we have failed to use righteous thoughts to handle interference and the persecution of the Fa-rectification correctly. We positioned ourselves on the passive side of being persecuted and used this as our basis to save sentient beings.
These warped concepts interfere when we are doing the most sacred things, such as clarifying the facts about Falun Gong, processing materials about Falun Gong, exposing the persecution, during group Fa study, and when sharing and rescuing fellow practitioners. The issue is that we linked them with the fear of being persecuted. We used human methods to protect ourselves before doing anything else. We need to understand that there is a difference between being scared because of the persecution and paying attention to security.
Since we failed to be righteous, we couldn't help Teacher rectify the Fa and save sentient beings. We held the selfish thought that we could establish our mighty virtue in saving sentient beings while being persecuted. If that was the case, we failed to totally negate the arrangements by the old forces, because we still cultivated and saved sentient beings within the tribulations arranged by the old forces. This is one of the reasons why we still haven't opened up a more relaxed environment and why things are proceeding so slowly. The persecution of practitioners has never stopped and is still very serious, which has been interfering with the salvation of sentient beings and delayed the process of the Fa-rectification. As Teacher said,
“The number of lives to be saved before the final moment arrives has not reached the amount it should; and that there is still a portion of Dafa disciples that hasn’t kept up. That is the key reason why the end of this undertaking still hasn’t been enacted. ” (“Be More Diligent”)
Exposing the Persecution of Practitioners Is Also Saving People
I read the article “Expose the Evil Happening Locally to the Local People (With Master's Comments)” several times. I enlightened that the persecution continued over the past few years because we failed to position ourselves correctly and so passively endured the torture and harassment. We saw police, guards, prisons, forced labor camps, detention centers, brainwashing centers, and the government organizations at all levels, utilized by the evil forces, as the reality, and thought it was irreversible. Therefore, we felt utterly hopeless in the harsh environment. Teacher published comments about this article, and I believe that he noticed that I and many other practitioners didn't know how to react to this persecution, so he told us what to do.
I put the persecution my family and I had suffered in the past years into writing, compiled them into truth-clarification fliers with the help of local practitioners, and distributed it widely to local government organizations, police stations, villages, and residents. At no time did I think that I needed to protect myself. I just did what Teacher asked us to do and was positive that this was the only way for us to react. Because of this thought, the political instructor from the local police station brought several officers to my home to learn more about the persecution I had suffered. They didn't display their usual cruel and unscrupulous behavior, but greeted me politely on entering my home. He explained calmly that it was not his choice since he followed orders from above.
I had included his name on the perpetrators list and exposed him on Minghui so that the world would know that he was involved. He said, "If my wife and daughter who is studying at university hear this, how can I face them? How can I explain it to them? If you don't expose my deeds, we can resolve this issue amongst ourselves. Going forward, I will turn a blind eye to the things you do, including doing the exercises and distributing fliers." My response was, "All the methods you used in persecuting practitioners are illegal. They are against the law. I exposed your crimes to save you! From now on you must stop doing bad things. It is not what you think. Privately settling the issue does not resolve the matter. You must order all the officers under your leadership not to persecute the practitioners ever again!" I also spoke of cases of evil provoking karmic retribution and the truth about the CCP-fabricated Tiananmen Square self-immolation.
This officer has now stopped participating in the persecution of local practitioners over the past two years, refusing to obey orders from above. We established a more relaxed cultivation environment. More and more practitioners stepped forward and immersed themselves into the one body. The change in the environment made me believe that as long as we believe in Teacher and the Fa, as well as follow what Teacher says, we are able to change our environment. This is because the Fa is almighty.
Paying Attention to Exposing the Evil and Becoming Part of the One Body
We failed to see the importance of exposing the evil locally. We didn't allocate enough manpower and didn't pay attention to detailed planning and execution. We did not keep statistics of practitioners who disappeared throughout the country. The number of practitioners who were crippled, injured, or who died have yet to be fully exposed. From July 1999 to now, we didn't collect detailed information about the degree the various organizations at all levels throughout the country persecuted practitioners. We do not have detailed information about the methods used by the wicked police officers and other perpetrators. We did not write down the foul language they used or the money and property they robbed from practitioners. We haven't collected exact numbers of incidences, including the depth of the persecution, dates, and the names of places where the practitioners were detained. As a result, some officers and perpetrators that were or still are directly involved in detaining, robbing, and harming practitioners are still at large and continue persecuting practitioners. Furthermore, they were promoted to higher positions, giving them more impetus to aggravate the persecution.
Some of the practitioners were not that firm in their belief in Teacher and the Fa, nor clear on the Fa principles, had too many attachments including the mentality of fear, dared not expose the persecution by the evildoers, and endured the crimes passively to protect themselves. The practitioners in our area have been in such a state for a long time. They were afraid of retaliation if they exposed the crimes of the perpetrators. They have been trying to avoid exposing these crimes to the local people, using excuses such as [it is more important to] clarify the truth about Falun Gong itself and persuade people to withdraw from the CCP.
Teacher has repeatedly taught us the Fa that enables us to cultivate from a human being into a divine being. Teacher has advised us to learn the Fa principles through Fa study, to transform ourselves from selfishness to selflessness, and from thinking only of ourselves to thinking of others first. We should have gradually matured and reached the standard of an enlightened being.
Teacher also gave us the power to eliminate the evil by sending forth righteous thoughts. However, we still are unable to use the divine power of the Buddha Fa. The reason for this is that we failed to believe in Teacher and the Fa, and failed to do things according to what Teacher said. Therefore, we are still remaining in the state of doing things with our hands or feet, just like an ordinary human. It was human attachments that stopped us from ascending and it was human attachments that prevented us from using our supernormal powers at will. It was also human attachments that stopped us from exposing all the evil's machinations.
Exposing the evildoers and evildoing is what practitioners in China can no longer disregard. To our chagrin, we are still unable to enlighten to all the profound meanings of what Master taught us. It is not simply a question of exposing some individual who is involved in persecuting practitioners, but assisting Teacher to rectify all that is not righteous. It is also a matter of investigating and affixing responsibility to those who commit crimes and violate existing laws in this human dimension. This is the manifestation of practitioners validating the Fa in the human world. We must let the Chinese people, who have been poisoned by false reasoning and lies by the CCP, know that “Doing good deeds is met with good rewards, and evil is met with karmic retribution,” as well as how the persecution of kindhearted people will not go unpunished. It will even be dealt with under existing law. This will also deter the wicked officers and perpetrators from persecuting practitioners and they will no longer dare face them. As a result, the small number of principal perpetrators would lose those that obey their orders. Then, when we clarify the truth or persuade people to withdraw from the CCP, it's really divine beings saving sentient beings.
Everything that occurs during our cultivation has something to do with upgrading our xinxing and it is arranged in an orderly way. If we fail to do well at one link, then it will affect the next link. If we fail to do a good job in exposing the evildoers it will affect clarifying the truth overall. Exposing the evildoers is to remove an obstacle and open up an environment of Fa-rectification cultivation. It is also saving more sentient beings.
It is my sincerest wish that all practitioners in China can expose the persecution they suffered, as well as details about the persecution of other practitioners. The information should include details of death, injuries, or becoming mentally traumatized due to the persecution by 610 Offices, police bureaus, police stations, state security divisions, prisons, forced labor camps and brainwashing centers. The more detailed, the better. We must seize the time and bring everything to light. Officers, authorities, officials, guards, and other perpetrators in the persecution, including CCP leaders from the smallest to the largest unit, and neighborhood committees in townships and villages that were directly involved in the persecution of practitioners, have been replaced a few times. This presents a problem and interference in what we are trying to do. However, as long as we do everything with righteous thoughts, there is nothing that we can't do. Whenever our xinxing has been upgraded, Teacher will certainly help us.
Now the Fa-rectification is in its final stage. We can't wait for Teacher to bring an end to the persecution, nor practitioners outside of China. Practitioners in China must walk their own path in validating the Fa and saving sentient beings.
The environment will change when we immerse ourselves in the Fa and take the Fa as our guide. When all practitioners enlighten to the importance of exposing the evil factors and let go of human thoughts, the end of the Fa-rectification will come in no time.
