(Clearwisdom.net) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in eleven cities and counties in seven provinces. In this report, fifteen Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least eleven practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Jiang Caifeng Sent to Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Jiang Caifeng from Jinan was illegally sentenced to 18 months of forced labor and taken to the Shandong Province First Women's Forced Labor Camp by officers from the Daminghu Police Station.
2. [Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Jing, Ms. Ji Shujun, Ms. Zhao Furong, and Others Persecuted in Hebei Province Women's Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Zhang Jing from Shijiazhuang City was detained in the Hebei Province Women's Forced Labor Camp for more than a year. As a result of the persecution experienced there, she developed a heart condition and now needs someone to help her walk. A hospital specialist said she was in a very fragile state.
Ms. Ji Shujun went on a hunger strike to protest the illegal detention and persecution at the labor camp. Per instructions from prison guard Wang Weiwei, inmates Zong Dongrong, Zhang Xu, and Yan Xiuying hauled her to the labor camp hospital, where she was brutally force-fed and left in a very weak state.
Ms. Zhao Furong and other practitioners are still being detained because they refuse to quit practicing Falun Gong. Some of the practitioners' blood pressure has risen to above 200 as a result of the persecution.
3. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Ms. Tang Qingying Imprisoned for over 10 Years
Ms. Tang Qingying, a retired manager from the Bureau of Statistics, was sentenced to prison twice after October 1999, for a duration totaling 126 months. She was released on August 24, 2010.
4. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Yang Tao Persecuted
Officers from the Changsheng Police Station in Jiamusi City arrested Mr. Yang Tao on June 23, 2008. He was taken to the Jiamusi City Detention Center, where he was beaten by inmates, forced to make paper baskets and deprived of sleep for about two weeks. He was released after officials extorted more than 10,000 yuan from his family.
5. [Nongan County, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Desheng Arrested
Mr. Li Desheng, a resident of Sanshengyu Town, Nongan County, was arrested while clarifying the truth at the Sanshengyu Town Police Station on December 12, 2010. He was taken to the Nongan County Detention Center. Afterward, police ransacked his home, taking away Falun Gong books and DVDs. Mr. Li went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution.

6. [Haicheng, Liaoning Province] Mr. Dai Shubao Placed on Wanted List
Mr. Dai Shubao has been placed on a wanted list for his belief in Falun Gong.
7. [Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zuo Xiuwen, Ms. Song Guilan, and Others Arrested
Ms. Zuo Xiuwen, Ms. Song Guilan, and two of their relatives were arrested by officers from the Hengtoushan Town Police Station on December 13, 2010. They were taken to the Huachuan Detention Center the same night.
When family members went to the police station to inquire about the arrest and ask for their relatives' release on December 15, 2010, they were told that the arrest had been made by the State Security Brigade from Huachuan County. They were then pushed out of the station by two policemen.
8. [Shandong Province] Practitioners in Qingdao City Persecuted
Below is a partial account of the persecution suffered by Falun Gong practitioners in Qingdao City:
Ms. Jiang Shue, Ms. Wu Xiujie, Ms. Li Li, and Ms. Gao Ruiqing, who were all employed by Qingdao Jiaoyun Group, went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong after the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began the persecution in 1999. As a result, the company's CCP Secretary Hao Longqing and general manager Wang Rong terminated their labor contract.
Ms. Liu Hong was arrested while visiting a friend on July 31, 2008. A month later, she was taken to a forced labor camp for 18 months. Several weeks after her transfer to the labor camp, she was discharged from her employment at Laixi Bus Depot.

9. [Hubei Province] Eight Practitioners Arrested in Wuxue City
Wuxue City Committee chief Zhang Shejiao and head of the 610 Office Xu Zhengping, along with officers from the Longtan Police Station and the Xixian Police Station, launched a simultaneous action to arrest the following Falun Gong practitioners on November 30, 2010: Ms. Wu Qing, Ms. Shao Chunying, Ms. Chen Xuezhen, Ms. Ju Zianxun, Ms. Zhu Yanxia, Mr. Zhu Guosheng, Mr. Guo, and one other practitioner.
Ms. Wu, Ms. Shao, and Ms. Chen were sent directly to the Hubei Province Brainwashing Center. Ms. Zhu was brutally beaten and her ribs were broken when she tried to stop the policemen from confiscating her computer and printer.

10. [Yichang, Hubei] Mr. Wang Wenping and Mr. Wang Xiaojian Detained
Officers from the Xiling District Police arrested Mr. Wang Xiaojian and Mr. Wang Wenping on the afternoon of November 12, 2010. They also confiscated Mr. Wang Xiaojian's computer, printer, and Falun Gong books.
Mr. Wang Xiaojian was accused of copying Falun Gong truth-clarification materials. He was previously persecuted by the Yunyang police for over 20 days.
Mr. Wang Wenping was previously sent to the local as well as Wuhan Brainwashing Center many times. He was also detained at Yiling District First Detention Center multiple times.
Both practitioners are currently detained at the Yichang City First Detention Center. The Xiling District Legal Department, Justice Department, Public Security Legal System Department, and State Security Brigade are reported to be preparing documents to illegally sentence them.

11. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Wenying Arrested
Ms. Zhang Wenying came to live with her husband in Beijing, who works at Beijing Transportation University. In mid-November, she was arrested by the Haidian District police at her husband's workplace. She was sentenced to two years of detention.
12. [Ningxia] Mr. Ma Zhiwu Detained
Mr. Ma Zhiwu from the Hui Autonomous Region in Ningxia Province was arrested while distributing Falun Gong truth-clarification flyers in Yanchi County on the night of September 9, 2010. He is being held at the Yanchi Detention Center. Police confiscated his van, truth-clarification materials, and some cash.
Mr. Ma had been previously detained in a forced labor camp twice for a duration of three years.
