(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Yin Yuchai, 80, is the former director of the Jiangxi Province Duchang County Parasitic Disease Treatment and Prevention Facility. He was first illegally held for three years in Jiujiang Forced Labor Camp in 2001. He was arrested again at the end of January 2005 and sentenced to eight years in prison in June 2006. By the time he was released from the Jiangxi Province Yuzhang Prison on July 4, 2011, he had developed mental disorders caused by the physical and mental tortures he underwent.

Mr. Yin retired from the Duchang County Parasitic DiseaseTreatment and Prevention Facility in 1993. He became one of the first Falun Dafa practitioners from Duchang County in the beginning of 1996.

On April 25, 1999, an estimated 10,000 Falun Dafa practitioners appealed for the right to practice Falun Gong near the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) Zhongnanhai compound in Beijing. Although Mr. Yin was not involved in the appeal, he was subsequently harassed by the police who searched his home and threatened him.

On the morning of July 20, 1999, he and other practitioners were arrested while they were doing the Falun Dafa exercises in a public park. At the Third Office of the County Police Department, officers slandered and insulted these practitioners, who were also pressured to write guarantee statements stating they would “cease practicing Falun Dafa.”

Mr. Yin appealed for the right to practice Falun Dafa in Beijing on July 3, 2000. He was arrested once more and detained for 35 days, with most of that time being spent at the Duchang County Detention Center.

He was arrested again at the end of 2000. When he was released after one week's detention, he again appealed in Beijing. This time, he was sentenced to three years of forced labor.

For three full years, from 2001 to 2003, Mr. Yin was incarcerated in the Jiujiang City Forced Labor Camp, also known as Majialong Forced Labor Camp. Aside from the highly intensive work making colored lights and assembling quartz clock cassette mechanisms, he was constantly insulted and humiliated by the guards.

Even after he was released from the labor camp, officers from the county police department monitored and harassed him. They frequently broke into and searched his home, extorted money from him, and threatened him.

On January 29, 2005, officers from the Duchang Domestic Security Division arrested Mr. Yin for having Falun Dafa informational fliers in his home and held him at the detention center. In June 2006, the Duchang County Court sentenced him to eight years in prison and would not let him appeal. He was transferred to Zhuhu Farm, then to the first ward of Yuzhang Prison, where he was subjected to brainwashing and pressured to “transform.”

In 2010, Mr. Yin and several “transformed” practitioners declared that their “transformations” null and void, so the guards again put them into brainwashing sessions. A dozen guards were assigned the duty of “transforming” Mr. Yin. They forced him to sit in the corner around the clock, and they rarely allowed him any sleep. They did not cease in their cruelty even when he had a bowel movement in his pants. They did not let him wash when he was later allowed to change clothes. They eventually succeeded in coercing him to write the three statements. When he initially refused, they beat him and gave him only plain rice without a dish to eat out of. They ordered him to rewrite it when he did not write exactly what they wanted. They intentionally confused Mr. Yin everyday.

In March 2010, Mr. Yin was transferred to the twelfth ward where the guards forced him to do strenuous cleaning. After he again declared that his “three statements” were void, the guards ordered two inmates to severely beat him. After October 2010, the guards openly ordered inmates to poison Mr. Yin. They put poison into his meals and injected poison into his fruit. As a result, Mr. Yin had pain all over his body, had difficulty walking, and began spitting up blood. The color of the blood was at first purple, then black. Prison doctors had to take him to the Labor Camp Bureau Central Hospital. Prison authorities forced the hospital to release Mr. Yin 21 days later. He was continually harassed until his release from the prison.
