(Clearwisdom.net) On September 24 and 25, the 2011 Eastern Europe Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference and a series of truth-clarifying activities were held in Bucharest. Practitioners from Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Moldova, Serbia, Ukraine, Slovakia, Poland and Russia, as well as some practitioners from Sweden, Spain and North America, attended the conference and activities.

On the morning of September 24, over 100 practitioners conducted a group practice at Herastrau Park. Later the practitioners rallied outside the Chinese Embassy to protest the 12-year-long brutal persecution of Falun Gong. In the afternoon, they held a march that went from Beijing Boulevard to Victoria Plaza. Many local residents and tourists stopped to watch.

On September 25, sixteen practitioners shared their cultivation experiences during the conference.

A practitioner named Bogadan, 26, shared that a big problem in Eastern Europe is the residual influence of Communism, which casts additional difficulty for people to understand the persecution of Falun Gong in China and what Falun Dafa is. His understanding is that The Epoch Times newspaper is the best way to help them, as a good quality newspaper can win the trust of the people. He shared that this project gave him many opportunities to reach out to people and created opportunities for other truth-clarifying projects.

Ms. Lan, a Chinese-Romanian practitioner, shared how she cultivated herself while participating in a project in which she made phone calls to people in Mainland China to tell them the facts about Falun Gong. She said that during the 2010 New York conference, she was very touched by practitioners in other countries who had been calling China for years. She realized that this was a very direct way to clarify the truth and save people. She shared that solid Fa study is a must to achieve good results: “Only when you have strong righteous thoughts which stem from solid Fa study, can your words carry energy and thus touch the person who is listening on the phone. ‘...righteous thoughts stem from the Fa’ [“Be More Diligent”]. I do the three things every day as Master told us. Every day, I study the Fa for at least 4 hours – 2 lectures of Zhuan Falun and lectures from conferences. During Fa study, either online or local Fa study, I always read aloud with the mindset that every particle in my body is reading with me. This also helps me concentrate, memorize the Fa and minimize mistakes while reading. I give proper reverence to Fa study so that every word will go into my heart. Reading the Fa also tempered my tone and mindset and thus prepared me to call Chinese people. After Fa study, I feel that my whole body is warm and light. It seems that I have become younger. Then, when I call Chinese people, my mind is very clear and sharp, my words are very compassionate, and people often easily accept my message.”

Practitioners who attended the conference and the activities said that they felt that they had learned a lot. From other practitioners’ sharing, they saw where they fell short of the Fa's requirements and strengthened their righteous thoughts. They treasured this rare opportunity to study the Fa together and share experiences.
