Xinxiang Township practitioner Ms. Pan Mingyue was arrested on the morning of September 20, 2011. She is currently detained at the Shuangcheng City Domestic Security Division.
2. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Kong Hongyun Arrested by Agents from Xiantai Township Police Station in the Gaokai District
Ms. Kong Hongyun, about 40 years old, was arrested at home on the morning of September 19, 2011, by six agents from Xiantai Township Police Station. The agents also took a set of Falun Gong books and held Ms. Kong at the Baoding Detention Center.
Ms. Kong was sentenced to three years of imprisonment in 2008 and detained at the Hebei Province Women’s Prison.

3. [Wuxi City, Jiangsu province] Ms. Wu Qiuqin Persecuted by Officials from the Police Station and 610 Office
Ms. Wu Qiuqin was released from the Jurong Women’s Forced Labor Camp on September 16, 2011. Agents from Meiliang Police Station and 610 Office directly sent her to the Wuxi City Brainwashing Center.
4. [Xiong County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Guiying Arrested
When Wangheiying Village practitioner Ms. Zhang Guiying clarified the truth on the morning of September 19, 2011, officials from the county domestic security division arrested her and sent her to the Baoding Detention Center in the afternoon.

5. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Wanbolin Police Department Officials Arrested Practitioners
Wanbolin Police Department officials arrested Ms. Duan Fengqin (about 60 years old) on the evening of September 15, 2011. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
Agents from Changfeng Police Station arrested Mr. Zhang Jinsuo, a physical education teacher in Hepingnanlu No. 1 Middle School. The agents also took a printer. Mr. Zhang’s current whereabouts are unknown.
Agents from Changfeng Police Station went to the home of Ms. Wang Lan and Mr. Wang Zhigang. They took Falun Gong books and a photo of Falun Gong’s founder. The agents also took a computer from Ms. Du Caifen’s home.
6. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yang Guifen Arrested
Xinfu District practitioner Ms. Yang Guifen was arrested on September 19, 2011. Police agents also took her computer and printer.
7. [Muleng City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Chang Fengmei Arrested
When Ms. Chang Fengmei distributed truth-clarification materials on August 22, 2011, Wang Xiangshan and Zhang Baogang from Bamiantong Second Police Station arrested her. The agents detained her for 10 days and released her after extorting 1000 yuan from her.
8. [Linshui County, Sichuan Province] Update on the Persecution of Mr. Mei Lunxian and Mr. Bao Mingquan
After Mr. Mei Lunxian was arrested on September 14, 2011, agents from the county State Security Bureau went to his father’s place and took Falun Gong books as well as truth-clarification materials. Mr. Mei is currently held at a local detention center.
On the same day, agents from Linshui County State Security Division arrested Mr. Wu Wenquan, a practitioner from Yun’an Village in Xitian Township, and sent him to a local detention center.
9. [Guantao County, Hebei Province] Update on the Arrest of Ms. Hao Yuzhi
Taoguan County Anti-Riot head Mr. Wang Zhanming and others went to Ms. Hao Yuzhi’s home on the afternoon of August 16, 2011. They ransacked her home and took Falun Gong books and DVDs. Officials held her at the Anti-riot Division for one night and since then have held her at the Guantao County Detention Center.

Mr. Zhao Yu’an and Ms. Li Xuelian were arrested at the computer store they owned on the morning of September 20, 2011. Officials ransacked their home and took a computer as well as a stereo. Ms. Han Bing was arrested on her way to work and her home was also ransacked.

Ms. Yang Xiufen, a practitioner from Xisan Street in Xinfu District, was arrested at home on September 19, 2011, by agents from the provincial police department.

Babaishang Police Department officials arrested Ms. Sun Zhongping on September 18, 2011. Cao Zeng’en and more than 10 police agents went to her home in the afternoon and took her laptop computer. Ms. Sun is being held at Daqing City First Detention Center.
