1. [Honghu City, Hubei Province] Mr. Chen Yong and Ms. Xiong Zhengying in Critical Condition at the Honghu No. 1 Detention Center
Mr. Chen Yong and Ms. Xiong Zhengying were arrested on November 26, 2011, while distributing Falun Gong informational materials. They were taken to the Honghu No. 1 Detention Center. They both went on hunger strikes to protest their illegal detentions and were subsequently in critical condition. Both practitioners were hurried to the hospital for emergency treatment and returned to the detention center the next day. The center authorities refused to allow their families to visit.
2. [Chengdu City, Shichuan Province] Ms. He Shuqun Taken to Brainwashing Center
On November 9, 2011, 77-year-old Ms. He Shuqun was arrested at her home by officers from the Yangliu Village Police Station and the Hehuachi Sub-District Office. Ms. He was later taken to the Jinniu District Brainwashing Center.

Nine female practitioners were taken to the Qianjin Forced Labor Camp on November 30, 2011, to serve eighteen-month terms. The rest remain at the Shuangcheng Detention Center and the Harbin No. 2 Detention Center.

On November 28, 2011, Mr. Li Changqun, his wife Ms. Wang Shuyun, and his son Mr. Li Xiaobo, were arrested by plainclothes officers.
5. [Tai'an County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Ma Tianjiang Arrested
Mr. Ma Tianjiang was arrested at his home on the morning of December 1, 2011, by Tai'an County Domestic Security Division chief Lu Rongfeng, and Taixi Police Station officer Xie Chunguang. The officers confiscated Mr. Ma's laptop computer and cellphone.

6. [Linyi County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Zhang Xuezan and Several Other Practitioners Detained
On November 11, 2011, Sanguan Town practitioners Ms. Yulan and Ms. Liu Hongmei were arrested by officers from the Huangfu Police Station while speaking with people about Falun Gong in Zhoujia Village, Wanrong County. Ms. Zhang Xuezan, Ms. Zhao Qingqing, and Ms. Huang Xiaxia were arrested later. Ms. Huang escaped, Ms. Zhang is being held at the Linyi County Detention Center, and Ms. Zhao is being held at the Jishan County Detention Center.
7. [Yangquan City, Shanxi Province] Additional Information on the Arrests of Ms. Zhu Guiling and Three Other Practitioners
On November 26, 2011, a group of officers including staff from the Pingding County 610 Office, Du Yujun, Pingding County Police Department deputy director Zhang, and Guanshan Town Police Station officer Feng Xing, broke into Mr. Bai Fengzhong's home and arrested him. The police also confiscated many Falun Gong books. On the same day, the police also arrested Ms. Zhu Guiling, Ms. Bai Jianping, and Mr. Wang Xuzhou. All four practitioners are being held at the Pingding County Detention Center and Yangquan City Detention Center.

9. [Beijing] Ms. Ma Xiaoguang Arrested
Ms. Ma Xiaoguang, from Dongcheng District, was arrested by officers from the Anzhen Police Station on the evening of November 20, 2011, while distributing Falun Gong materials in a residential area. She was later taken to Chaoyang District.

On the afternoon of December 2, 2011, Ms. Xu Sujun was arrested while clarifying the truth about Falun Gong near the Yanshan Road Exchange.
11. [Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province] Additional Information on the Arrest of Mr. Huang Jianyong
Mr. Huang Jianyong, 38, is a physician at the Qiannan Women's and Children's Health Care Station. He was arrested at work on the morning of September 17, 2011. The officers seized his keys and confiscated his computer, printer, and other personal belongings, valued at more than 20,000 yuan. The officers removed Mr. Huang's eyeglasses, handcuffed him, shackled him, and took him away with a black cover over his head.
12. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Liang Huixian Taken to Brainwashing Center after Finishing Her Forced Labor Term
Ms. Liang Huixian, from Haizhu District, was previously incarcerated at the Chatou Women's Forced Labor Camp. On November 24, 2011, she was taken to a brainwashing center at the end of her forced labor term.
