(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Lu Yuying, a burn specialist in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province was arrested on November 21, 2011, by the Lanzou City 610 Office agents along with local police. They took Ms. Lu to a brainwashing facility and have not released her. Ms. Lu's son recently wrote a letter to those who participated in persecuting his mother. He called on them to judge the matter according to their conscience, and not implement the Chinese Communist Party's order to persecute Falun Gong practitioners, which can only bring adverse consequences to them.
At 10:30 a.m. on November 21, Ms. Lu was not in her clinic. She received a phone call asking her to return, that a burn patient was waiting to be treated. When she arrived at the clinic she was arrested by Shi Huaizhong from the Anning District 610 Office along with about 15 officers from the Yintan Police Station in the Anning District and the Anning Domestic Security Division. Ms. Lu's family learned the next day that she had been taken to the Gongjiawan brainwashing center.
It was learned that Ms. Lu has frequently been harassed by Shi Huaizhong and other perpetrators since July, 2011. When Ms. Lu's family asked the officers why they were persecuting Ms. Lu. They said, “The central Party required the Anning District to abduct four Falun Gong practitioners. Ms. Lu was one of the four.”
Ms. Lu's son, Mr. Wang Jiaxin, recently wrote to the officers who participated in persecuting his mother, advising them to be guided by their conscience in this matter. He reminded them that throughout history, “following orders” does not stand up as an excuse for anyone to escape being punished by law.
