1. [Diaopingshan City, Liaoning Province] Additional Information on the Persecution of Ms. Liu Xiaohui

Ms. Liu Xiaohui from Diaobingshang City was detained at home on December 23, 2010, by Zhang Fenglai and Wang Xueping from the State Security Division of the local police department. Her mobile phones, electronic books, and Teacher’s portraits were confiscated.

2. [Sichuan Province] Ms. Cai Yifeng Arrested in Shanghai

Ms. Cai Yifeng from Sichuan Province, who stayed in a rented house at Fengcheng No. 3 Residential Area, in the Yangpu District of Shanghai, was arrested by officers from Yangpu Police Department on November 14, 2010. Her home was ransacked. Her whereabouts is still unknown.

3. [Xiashan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Yunping and Ms. Ding Shunyu Detained

Ms. Liu Yunping and Ms. Ding Shunyu from Wanjiagou Village in the Cuiping District, Qixia City, was reported and then arrested by officers from the Cuiping Police Station on December 30, 2010. The women had been distributing truth-clarification materials in Nanqili Village. They had 5,000 yuan extorted from each before they were released.

4. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Wu Shunzhen Arrested Again

Ms. Wu Shunzhen was sentenced to forced labor and imprisonment many times. She was detained again in December 2010 by officers from the Jiangtaowu Police Station, Nanjing City, for distributing truth-clarification materials. She was then detained in the Nanjing Detention Center. She has been sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor.

5. [Bijie City, Guizhou Province] Additional Information on Ms. Zhong Yimei's Arrest

Ms. Zhong Yimei was secretly arrested and her home was ransacked on January 5, 2011, because she talked to the leaders of her school about the persecution of Falun Gong. Zhou Guangming, the principal of the school, reported her to the State Security Division of the city police department. The officers confiscated one computer, two Canon printers, two paper cutters, two staplers, one ADSL modem, printing paper, ink, and other consumable supplies, as well as Falun Dafa books, five MP3 and MP4 players, mobile phones ,and accessories. The officers also took 5,000 yuan in cash and a 19,000-yuan deposit certificate.

6. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Song Jinzhi Detained in Brainwashing Center

Officers from the Xiaoyingkou Township Police Station in the Changping District of Beijing, the State Security Division of Baoding City, Zhuozhou City, as well as Laishui County, detained Ms. Song Jinzhi and took her to the Matou Township Brainwashing Center at around 1:00 p.m. on January 6, 2011. She was detained for two days and nights. During her detention she was forced to sign a guarantee statement promising not to practice Falun Gong anymore and the whole process was videotaped.

7. [Botou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Luo Tielin Arrested

Mr. Luo Tielin from Haocun Township, Botou City, was arrested by officers from Botou City Police Department on the afternoon of January 12, 2011. The officers ransacked his home, videotaped the process, and confiscated a desk top computer, Teacher's portraits, and several Falun Gong books.

8. [Huichun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Xu Guixia Arrested

Ms. Xu Guixia, 60, was arrested at home by a dozen or so officers.

9. [Changtu County, Laoning Province] Ms. Li Ming and Ms. Li Kaihui Arrested

Ms. Li Ming and Ms. Li Hui from Changtu County were reported while distributing truth-clarification materials in Kaiyuan City and then arrested by officers from the Xingkai Police Station, Kaiyuan City, on December 19, 2009. Jiao Bing, head of the State Security Division, punched and kicked the two practitioners. He slapped their faces, punched their heads, and dragged them by their hair. He knocked Ms. Li Ming down, leaving her face black and blue and her nose bleeding, She also had wounds at the inner sides of her thighs. Ms. Li Hui suffered from tinnitus and high blood pressure. Ms. Li Ming and Ms. Li Hui were detained for ten days.

10. [Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information on the Persecution of Ms. Lin Xiumei

Suihua Court secretly tried Ms. Lin Xiumei on December 29, 2010, without notifying her family. They sentenced Ms. Lin to seven years imprisonment. She was sent to Hulan Prison for “intensive training” for three months before being escorted to the Prison for Women in Harbin.

11. [Shanghai] Mr. Yao Chengxu Arrested

Mr. Yao Chengxu, employed at the Shanghai Yongwei Automation Co. Ltd, was arrested on January 12, 2011.

12. [Anyang City, Henan Province] Mr. Zhang Chunlin and Ms. Wang Fang Illegally Sentenced

Mr. Zhang Chunlin has been sentenced to five years of imprisonment and Ms. Wang Fang to three years. Officials from Xinmi Prison in Zhengzhou City refused to accept Mr. Zhang, so he has been detained at the city detention center by officials from the Anyang City 610 Office.

13. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Quanlai and Two Other Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Zhang Quanli and his wife, as well as another male practitioner from Huailai County, Zhangjiakou City, were reported for clarifying the truth in Ganzibao Village, Beixingbao Township, of the same county and were arrested by township police station officers. Mr. and Mrs. Zhang's home was ransacked. Their personal belongings were confiscated. The three practitioners were taken to Zhangjiakou City.

14. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Wu Jingjun Arrested Again

Mr. Wu Jingjun from Nanchang City went out to clarify the truth and was arrested by officers from the Tangshan Police Station in Qingshanhu District, Nanchang City.

Mr. Wu Jingjun was sentenced to forced labor three times, for a total of nine years, from 2000 to 2009.

15. [Chongqing City] Mr. Du Chuandong Seriously Injured from Beatings

Mr. Du Chuandong from Chongqing City was brutally beaten by prison guards in the No. 7 Division of Xishanping Forced Labor Camp. He is being held in Xishanping Forced Labor Camp Hospital.

16. [Chongqing] Mr. Du Hanwen Locked up in a Brainwashing Center

Mr. Du Hanwen from Shiqiaopu, Chongqing, went to Qixingang Police Station on November 16, 2010, to request the return of his computer and other personal belongings, which the police had taken. He was detained and locked up in a brainwashing center.

Mr. Xie Weide, from the Tianhe District of Guangzhou City, was detained in September 2009 and later sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor. He was supposed to be released in November 2010, but he was transferred to a brainwashing center in Guangzhou City.

Ms. Fu Xiaohong was arrested on November 16, 2010, and her current whereabouts are unknown.

Sun Jiawei, head of the Guobaoloa Township Police Station, Beipaio City Police Department, and Chen Xiangdong, the political instructor, broke into Mr. Lu's home by climbing over the wall. They ransacked his home and confiscated two computers, truth-clarification materials, and other personal belongings before taking Mr. Liu to Liangshuihe Detaining Center in Beipiao City.

21. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Huili Arrested

Gao Changjiang, deputy head of Tuanjie Police Station, Faku County, Shenyan City, and his men broke into Ms. Wang Huili's home on January 14, 2011. They detained her and took her to the police station. When Ms. Wang's husband tried to stop them from taking her, he was held down on the ground by lawless officers.

Gao Changjiang and two other officers went to Ms. Wang's home on July 22, 2010, and searched it. They grabbed a Shen Yun DVD. The following day, they went to where Ms. Wang was working and attempted to arrest her, but Ms. Wang managed to get away. In the following months she did not dare return home.
