(Clearwisdom.net) One day I went to visit a friend who is a non-practitioner who understands the truth about Falun Gong, and who has also withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. His daughter had recently taken him and his wife to tour Hong Kong and Macau. As soon as we met he said excitedly, “Hi, let me tell you something! There are many people practicing Falun Gong in Hong Kong and Macau. They do the exercises openly in public and they distribute flyers.”
My friend is not a talkative person. For a person like him to have such a deep impression and excitement over the overseas practitioners' truth-clarification activities in public, it shows that the overseas practitioners have done great work. Upon returning home to China, people like my friend help spread the facts of Falun Dafa's situation around the world.
On another occasion I went to an elementary classmate's home and talked with the classmate's mother about withdrawing from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. The elderly mother immediately and happily withdrew from the CCP. Her granddaughter standing to the side said, “I have been to America. I saw in some supermarkets and in public places, there were TV displays broadcasting the truth about Falun Gong, and there were many people distributing Falun Gong flyers.”
Those people who have been to Taiwan said with emotion, “There are so many people practicing Falun Gong in Taiwan!” Whenever I hear people saying this, I feel so moved with gratitude for all of the overseas practitioners' truth-clarification efforts.
Most Chinese people have introverted personalities. Sometimes they do not say anything or refuse to accept a flyer. This is mostly because they are afraid of getting into trouble at customs, which is controlled by the CCP, or they fear that other members in the same tourist group may report them to the CCP. But what they witnessed overseas they carry within their hearts. The actions and efforts of overseas practitioners are truly having an impact.
The practitioners in China and our fellow practitioners in other places around the world are separated by physical distance. However, cultivation and Dafa binds us together closely. It is really painstaking work to persistently clarify the truth through all these years. Because we have the great Teacher, the great Dafa to guide us, we can do it and eventually reach all kindhearted people with the truth!
