(Clearwisdom.net) When practitioners blame and comment on fellow practitioners, it brings about tribulations to the blamed party and interference to the group. Many practitioners have had clear discussions about this in the past. I discovered that some fellow practitioners who do very well in certain areas still don't pay close enough attention to this issue, and still like to blame and comment on fellow practitioners with shortcomings. I want to share some of my thoughts.

From a human level perspective, these fellow practitioners are usually saying what's on their mind, without regard to how trivial the matter is or consideration for common courtesy. These people may have their good points, such as having fewer notions and less resistance. Here, though, I would like to discuss the negative influences brought about by the blaming and negative comments. Perhaps these fellow practitioners thought that as long as they do well in saving sentient beings, other things don't matter much, or it has already has become second nature, so they are not even aware of it.

In actuality, there are many weaknesses of the human heart being covered up, such as looking down upon fellow practitioners, the attachment of discrimination, not taking responsibility, and not cultivating speech according to the Fa. The fellow practitioners in China are surrounded by the CCP's poisonous factors that permeate each cell of our bodies. This action is based on the CCP's deceit, and how the CCP incites people to fight with each other. Master has already cleaned out the CCP's evil factors from our bodies, but the residual factors in our thoughts need our awareness from the Fa to be eliminated. The CCP evil factors still interfere with Dafa practitioners. Human hearts will be manipulated and intensified by evil factors from unnoticed areas, all to interfere with and persecute Dafa practitioners and to interfere with Master's Fa rectification.

This behavior will harm both the practitioners who make the comments, as well as the target of their comments. This behavior is not in accordance with the Fa, and will cause a drop in cultivation level.

Master stated in Zhuan Falun,

"While swearing at or bullying another person, he is tossing de at this other person."
"One loses de when one commits wrongdoing."

I understand that when one blames others and comments on others negatively, it is like doing a bad deed. It not only isolates the fellow practitioner, but also makes him become a topic of conversation for others. This is not a small problem. In the meantime, it also separates the one who blames others and makes it hard to work with them in a group setting. The harm done is beyond even what the old forces are capable of. From this point of view, it is not a trivial matter. This behavior does not abide by the Fa. It is what the old forces want and interferes with Fa rectification. We need to have a clear understanding of this matter.

Master said,

"...there are conflicts among one another, such as 'you’re good, but he isn’t good,' or 'your cultivation is good, but his isn’t.' These are conflicts themselves. Let us talk about something that is common, such as 'I want to do this or that,' or 'this matter should now be done this way or that way.' Perhaps it will unintentionally hurt someone. Because interpersonal conflicts are all very complex, one may unintentionally produce karma." (Zhuan Falun)

From the Fa, I understand that when we take delight in talking about fellow practitioners' shortcomings, it is like constantly generating karma, actively asking for the black substance.

When we blame and negatively comment on fellow practitioners, we unknowingly lose virtue, generate karma, and create difficulties for our cultivation.

This is the final stage of our cultivation. The Fa is strict, and when we blame others, the old forces can see it clearly in other dimensions. They will wait for a chance to interfere with us, create difficulty and tribulations for our cultivation, and also cause the fellow practitioners who were blamed to have tribulations. It will make it harder for them to walk the path that Master arranged for them.
