(Clearwidom.net) On March 13, the 40th annual St. Partrick's Day parade was held in Washington, D.C. along Constitution Avenue. The Falun Gong waist drum troupe, consisting of 40 local Falun Gong practitioners, performed in the parade.
According to Mr. Wang Tao, the contact person for the Falun Gong entry, local Falun Gong practitioners have participated in this St. Patrick's Day parade for eight years in a row. They have actively introduced traditional Chinese culture to the community and have won many awards for their contributions. Their positive and bright presentations have been warmly welcomed by the local community.
