1. [Jiaonan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Xing Huaiping Held at the Qingdao City Third Detention Center

Mr. Xing Huaiping is currently at the Qingdao City Third Detention Center. Tieshanlu Police Station officials ordered his family to submit 1,000 yuan and send clothing. Officials had previously demanded 5,000 yuan from the family for Mr. Xing's physical checkup, but the family refused to pay. The officials also ordered Mr. Xing’s family to sign an undated document.

2. [Qinglong County, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhao Dong Illegally Incarcerated

Mr. Zhao Dong, a practitioner in Xihao Village of Tumenzi Township, is currently at the Shuangfengsi Forced Labor Camp in Chengde City. He was sentenced on May 8, 2009 to a labor camp stay with a term of one year and nine months, but has not been released, even though the term expired on February 15, 2011.

Ms. Xu Guiyun is a practitioner who lives in Xiniangniangzhuang Village, Niangniangzhuang Township. Local 610 Office agents went to her home on the afternoon of March 5, 2011. They climbed over the wall and ransacked the home, taking away Dafa books and other personal belongings. Agents from the local 610 Office and township police station arrested Ms. Xu.

4. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Six Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Ni Zhenxuan is a practitioner who lives in Nanyangzhuang Village, Nancun Town in the Changan District. Upon hearing that Mr. Ni’s mother didn't feel well, six practitioners from the same village visited her on March 4, 2011, including Lanying, Xianer, Suzi, Xiaopai, and Qiuer. Several police agents came in and took them to the Nanyangzhuang Police Station. The agents also confiscated a satellite antenna and a computer. They then went to the couch factory owned by Mr. Ni, where officers arrested him and took away some of the factory’s equipment, including a copy machine.

5. [Gaocheng City, Hebei Province] Additional Information Regarding Ms. Yang Xuecui’s Arrest

Gaocheng practitioner Ms. Yang Xuecui teaches at a school in Beijing. When clarifying the truth while withdrawing money on January 31, 2011, officers from the Gaocheng Anti-riot Division arrested and took her to the Gaocheng Detention Center, where she has been ever since.

6. [Sanhe City, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Shumin Arrested

Ms. Yang Shumin, 60, was arrested while clarifying the truth on February 18, 2011. She is currently in the Sanhe City Detention Center.

7. [Tianjin] Mr. Zhou Xiangyang Sent to the Gangbei Prison

Police officers arrested Mr. Zhou Xiangyang in his rental apartment on March 5, 2011, and sent him to the Gangbei Prison in Tianjin. His wife, Ms. Li Shanshan, is currently in the Tangshan City Detention Center.

8. [Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Mei Hongjuan Arrested

Officers from Shishan Police Station arrested 40-year-old practitioner Ms. Mei Hongjuan on the morning of March 3, 2011. Her family overheard this and went to the police station, but police officers bullied the family members.

9. [Huaian City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Ding Zuhua Arrested

Police officers arrested Beiwuji Town practitioner Ms. Ding Zuhua on March 3, 2011. The officers harassed her at home three times, between February 27 and March 2, 2011.

10. [Foshan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Hu Yating Still Detained - Belated Information

Ms. Hu Yating, 44, is an accountant employed at the Xiangrun Accounting Firm in the Shunde District. Local Domestic Security Division agents arrested her in October 2006 when she was distributing truth-clarification materials and sent her to a forced labor camp to serve a one-year term. Domestic Security agents arrested her again while she was distributing truth-clarification materials in early September 2010. The agents also ransacked her home. Ms. Hu has been detained since then.

11. [Wuxue City, Hubei Province] Six Practitioners Arrested

Wuxue City Police Department officers arrested six practitioners on March 1, 2011, including Ms. Liao Yuanhua, Ms. Pan Baihui, Ms. Shi Liping, Ms. Lin Xinju, Ms. Liu Hanju, and Ms. Zhao Canmei. Ms. Liu Hanju and Ms. Zhao Canmei were released due to illness symptoms.

Several practitioners were arrested on November 30, 2010, including Ms. Zhu Jianfen, Ms. Wu Qing, Ms. Shao Chunying, Ms. Chen Xuezhen, and Mr. Tao Jinlong. Following a one-month detention in the Hubei Province Brainwashing Center they are now in the Wuxue City Detention Center.

12. [Hubei Province] Update Regarding the Persecution of Mr. Li Jinyang

Xiantao City practitioner Mr. Li Jinyang is still incarcerated in the Fanjiatai Prison in Shayang County.

When Sha City practitioner Ms. Liu Deyu was deprived of freedom in the Fanjiatai Prison, guards Xiao Tianbo and Xiong Zuyong in Division 4 put her in solitary confinement for two and a half months as of September 30, 2010.

13. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Hong Arrested

Police officers arrested Foyedong Township practitioner Mr. Wang Hong at home on February 26, 2011 and held him in the Lingyuan City Detention Center.

14. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Ms. Yishuling Arrested

Ms. Yishuling was arrested on March 5, 2011, and she is currently detained in the National Cotton Plant in Mengyin, handcuffed and foot-chained.

15. [Nantong City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Ling Qianyu Arrested at Home

Eleven police officers arrested Nantong practitioner Ms. Ling Qianyu at home on March 2, 2011. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

16. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yang Shuhua and Six Other Practitioners Arrested

Officers from Nanjingjie Police Station arrested seven practitioners at noon on March 4, 2011, including Ms. Yang Shuhua and Ms. Yang Shuyun. The officers then went to their homes and confiscated Falun Gong books as well as truth-clarification materials.

The persecutors brutally beat the practitioners, making their faces swell. Among the seven practitioners, three of them, including Ms. Yang Shuhua and Ms. Yang Shuyun, were sent to a detention center, and four are still at the police station.

17. [Longjing City, Jilin Province] Ms. Jin Taijun and Ms. Ji Jinyu Sent to a Detention Center

Officers from Longjing City Police Department arrested Ms. Jin Taijun and Ms. Ji Jinyu at home on March 5, 2011. The officers searched their homes, took them to the police station, and then sent them to the Longjing City Detention Center.

18. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Mr. Zhang Baojun and Mr. Tian Jiang Facing a Second Court Hearing

19. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Liu Zhichen Arrested and Held in the Third Detention Center

The Wangqi Town Police Station head and four other officers went to the home of Fengmantun Village practitioner Mr. Liu Zhichen at 3:00 p.m. on March 4, 2011. The officers ransacked his home and took away various personal belongings including two printers, one laptop computer, a DVD writer, and cash. Mr. Liu is currently in the Jilin City's Third Detention Center.

20. [Qidong County, Hunan Province] Mr. Yan Bin Arrested in Shanghai

Mr. Yan Bin was arrested in Shanghai on February 27, 2011, and is currently in the Tilanqiao Prison in Shanghai's Hongkou District.

21. [Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Li Wenying Arrested on March 1, 2011

22. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Yibin Sent to a Labor Camp

Mr. Wang Yibin is a practitioner in Wangtian Village, Jia Town. 610 Office agent Wang Hongrui and six other officers from Jia Town Police Station and the 610 Office arrested Mr. Wang on the afternoon of January 15, 2011. They took him to the police station and detained him for 24 hours. The officers sent Mr. Wang to the Guan County Detention Center on January 16 and sentenced him to a one-year labor camp term on February 14, 2011.

23. [Baoqing County, Heilongjiang Province] More Information Regarding the Arrest of Ms. Wang Wenying

Ms. Wang Wenying was arrested on the morning of February 26, 2011, along with Ms. Sun Xianglan. Their homes were ransacked. They were transported to the Hongxinglong Authority Detention Center.

The whereabouts of Mr. Han Mingquan and Ms. Jiang Guiqin are unknown.

24. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Han Cuixiang and Ms. Liu Yueying Arrested

Tanghai County practitioners Ms. Han Cuixiang and Ms. Liu Yueying were arrested at 11 a.m. on March 6, 2011 when they distributed Shen Yun performance DVDs at the Tanghai Bus Station. They are now in the Tanghai Detention Center.

25. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Ms. Lang Yanmei and Ms. Li Yongjie Sentenced to a Labor Camp

According to information received on March 6, 2011, Ms. Lang Yanmei and Ms. Li Yongjie were sentenced to one-year forced labor camp terms and sent to the Changchun City First Labor Camp on March 4.

26. [Shanghai] Ms. Liu Fendi Arrested

Ms. Liu Fendi was arrested on August 12, 2010, and is currently in the Shanghai Changning District Detention Center. Liu Fendi was previously sentenced to seven years imprisonment. Her daughter married while the mother was in prison, and Ms. Liu's paralyzed husband was sent to a nursing home where he had to be sent again after Ms. Liu's latest arrest.

27. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Yu and Mr. Jiang Xuefu Arrested

Ms. Zhang Yu is a practitioner employed in the Dehui City Kindergarten. Agents from the Changchun City Domestic Security Division and the Dehui City Domestic Security Division arrested her on the afternoon of March 4, 2011. The agents ransacked her home and confiscated her personal belongings, including a computer. Ms. Zhang Yu is currently being held in the Dehui Detention Center.

Mr. Jiang Xuefu was also arrested at home, and his home was also ransacked. He was released on March 5.

28. [Shanghai] Update Regarding the Arrest of Ms. Chen Hong

Ms. Chen Hong, a practitioner in her forties from the Jingan District, was arrested in mid-February. She is a widow, and her daughter went abroad.

29. [Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Chen Ru Arrested by 610 Office Agents

Ms. Chen Ru is a practitioner who lives on Jindu Street in Tanzhou Town, Zhongshan City. She was arrested by 610 Office agents on February 13, 2010, when she was distributing truth-clarification materials. Her family wasn't notified until February 2011, that she had been arrested and was in the Guangdong Province Women's Prison. But family visits are forbidden. In addition, Zhuhai City Police Department officers ransacked her home and took away Falun Gong books.

30. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Many Practitioners Harassed

Officers from the Fate Town Police Station went to Ms. Pan Jingxian's home at 7:00 p.m. on March 4, 2011. The officers took away one picture of Master Li and a video-cassette. When practitioner Ms. Jin Lirong visited Ms. Pan, three police officers took her to the Fate Police Station and later searched her home. Ms. Jin's family was forbidden from visiting her.

31. [Nantong City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Sha Jinyu Arrested at Home on the Afternoon of March 2, 2011

Officers from the Taoyuan Police Station and the residential committee went to the home of Hexi District practitioner Ms. Guo Defen on the afternoon of March 3, 2011. The officers harassed her and took away personal belongings, including Falun Gong books and a picture of Master Li.
