(Clearwisdom.net) After years of severe torture suffered in Panjin Prison in Liaoning Province, Taihe Police Department, and Nu'erhe Police Station, Mr. Huang Cheng had bleeding in his brain, cerebral thrombosis, edema in half of his body, and also lost the ability to take care of himself. On February 24, 2011, at the age of 55, Mr. Huang passed away due to the brutal persecution.

Mr. Huang used to have severe health problems. After practicing Falun Gong, all of his illnesses disappeared. He lived his life according to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and was very considerate of others. He was well-liked and highly regarded by his friends and family members. His supervisor and colleagues were also very satisfied with his performance at work. After the Communist regime started the persecution of Falun Gong in 1999, by 2010 Mr. Huang was arrested and taken into custody 15 times. During those years, he was illegally detained in various places, such as police stations, detention centers, drug rehabilitation centers, brainwashing centers, forced labor camps, and prisons. He suffered severe physical torture as well as financial persecution, harassment, and his home was ransacked.

Around 6 a.m. on February 25, 2008, officers from the Taihe Police Department and Nu'erhe Police Station broke into Mr. Huang's house and arrested him. In the Taihe Police Department, Mr. Huang was detained for 18 hours. During that time, officers Dai Yong, Gao Bao, Wu Nan, Liu Jin, and Wang Liyong tortured and interrogated him. As a result, bones in both his hands were fractured, and the flesh on his left ankle was stripped away, exposing the main tendon. Mr. Huang was later detained in the Jinzhou Detention Center.

In August 2008, Mr. Huang was sentenced to six years in prison. At the end of March 2009, guard office head Hu Xiaodon; guards Li Feng, Yang Guanjun, and Yu; and prisoners Meng Xianglin and Wang Shuo used eight high-voltage electric batons to shock Mr. Huang simultaneously. They hung him up for three days, without letting him eat or drink. After letting him down, guard Guan Fengchun stripped Mr. Huang, cuffed him into the iron chair and shocked him with an electric baton. Guard Guan Fengchun ordered Meng Xianglin and other prisoners to cuff Mr. Huang's wrists to the wall and shoved a medical needle under each of his fingernails. Blood flowed from his fingernails. The scars under his fingernails were still visible after he died.

Another time, prisoners were ordered to stomp on Mr. Huang's face after four guards shocked him with electric batons for two hours. Two of his teeth were knocked out. One prisoner's conscience was moved and he would no longer follow the orders, and said, “I quit. No one tortures people like this. I'd rather not earn these points.” (Prisoners are granted points for early release if they tortured Falun Gong practitioners). Many prisoners were replaced because they could not carry out such torture.

In order to shirk their responsibilities, the officers in Panjin Prison released Mr. Huang on medical parole. After he was released, officer Zhang Zhongxin from Nu'erhe Police Station harassed him many times at his home. On February 24, 2011, Mr. Huang died while in great pain.
