Ms. Zhang Yulan, in her 70s, lives in Yuejiazui, Wuhan City. On March 10, 2011, Ms. Zhang Yulan was arrested by officers from the Xujiapeng Police Station and taken to the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center.

On the night of March 11, 2011, Ms. Yu Guomei and another practitioner were arrested by officers from the Yahe Township Police Station while they were putting up signs about Falun Gong on the street in Yahe Township. Ms. Yu is being detained in the Huanren Detention Center and another practitioner has been released.

At 4 p.m. on February 3, 2011, Ms. Jiao Guizhen, Ms. Feng Lianzhen and Ms. Xu Yan from Hongxing Village, Paotai Town, Puwanxin District, Dalian were arrested by Wafangdian police and taken to the Dalian Second Detention Center. The three practitioners were released on March 11, 2011.

On March 7, 2011, Ms. Wu Xiuqin from Jingyu County, Baishan City was taken away from her home by officers from the Jingyu Police Department. Now she is being detained in the Jingyu Detention Center.

12. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Wu Jingjiang Arrested
Mr. Wu Jingjiang, in his 60s, is a retired employee of the Chengdu Aviation Academy. On the morning of March 4, 2011, on his way home after taking his grandson to kindergarten, he was taken away by personnel from the Comprehensive Administration Office of South Train Station Neighboring Committee. He is still being detained in the Jinhua Brainwashing Center in Chengdu.

Ms. Wang Linlan was arrested while she was working in the Linjiang Supply and Marketing Cooperative. Her home was illegally ransacked. The police took away a copy of a Falun Gong book and an mp3 player. At the same time, Ms. Xing Jun was also arrested. They are still being detained in the Linjiang Detention Center.

Ms. Liu Xiuwen is a retired teacher of Chengdu Electronic Science and Technology University. On March 2, 2010, she was arrested by the local police while talking to people about Falun Gong in Wuhou District, Chengdu. She has been detained in a brainwashing center for more than one year.

On February 21, 2011, Mr. Kang Xuerong who works in Dalian Maritime University was arrested. The police also took away Dafa books and Falun Gong materials from his home. He is currently being detained in the Yaojia Detention Center.

On the afternoon of January 22, 2011, Ms. Li Honglan from Xinbin County was reported to the police while distributing Falun Gong materials in Wudaogou Village, Hongmiaozi Township. She was arrested by officers from the Hongmiaozi Police Station and sent to the Nangou Detention Center in Fushun. She is still being detained in the Fushun Second Detention Center.
