1. [Yongqing County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Qunying Detained

Zhong Mingyong from Zhou Village, Daxing County had reported Ms. Li Qunying from Mazhuang Township, Yongqing County in the middle of March 2011 as she clarified the facts in Daxing County, Beijing. She is illegally imprisoned at the Daxing County Detention Center in Beijing.

2. [Jilin Province] Ms. Yan Ying's Detention Extended - Belated Information

Agents from the Huangqitun Police Station of the Jilin City Bureau of State Security had arrested practitioner Ms. Yan Ying on May 22, 2008. They ransacked her home. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor. The guards did not release her at the end of her term. They took her immediately to a detention center from the camp for further persecution.

Ms. Jiang Fuxiang was released from the Masanjia Labor Camp in May 2008. Officer Yuan Guoping from Mingshan Police Station in Benxi City often harassed her at her home and forbade her to do the Falun Gong exercises.

4. [Xi'an, Shanxi Province] Ms. Zhao Jiabi Arrested

Head agent Yan Meiming from the Domestic Security Division of the Yanta Police Department in Xi'an City arrested 70-year-old practitioner Ms. Zhao Jiabi as she went out to clarify the facts the afternoon of March 30. Her family found her at the Xuanpingyuan Brainwashing Center in the northern suburb of Xi'an. Ms. Zhao Jiabi’s blood pressure is 200, and she looks pale.

5. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners in the Longquan District

Ms. Shi Lanfang, in her 70s, is retired from the Institute of Space Technology in the Longquanyi District, Chengdu City. Police took her into custody while she was distributing truth-clarification materials the end of March 2011. The persecutors took her to the so-called "Xinjin Legal Education Center," to be brainwashed.

Ms. Li Changli, a head designer from the Liaoyuan Radio Factory of the Sichuan Academy of Space Technology in the Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, was illegally sentenced to eight years and held in the Deyang Prison in Sichuan Province. Since late March she has often been placed in a solitary confinement cell and verbally abused by criminal inmates. The guards tortured her and tried to force her to give up her belief.

In late March, 610 Office agents arrested practitioner Ms. Lu Sanfu, an employee from the Pengzhou City Power Supply Bureau, as she clarified the facts. They took her to the Sansheng Temple Brainwashing Center.

The night of March 31, Liu Guanghua from the Longfeng Town 610 Office in Pengzhou City, together with more than twenty policemen, broke into Ms. Li Yongxian’s home in the No. 1 Group, Northwest Village, Longfeng Town. They took her by force and transported her to the Guihua Town Brainwashing Center in Pengzhou City.

7. [Renqiu, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Aihua Suffers from High Blood Pressure at a Detention Center - Belated Information

Renqiu Domestic Security Division agents arrested Ms. Li Aihua, an employee of the Bohai Petroleum Vocational College, on December 18, 2010 while she was distributing information about Falun Gong. She has been held at a detention center. Her blood pressure has remained at about 200 mmHg. It is reported that she recently faced an illegal trial.

9. [Yantai, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Jialing Arrested

Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Liu Jialing from Xinqiao, Yantai City was reported by seaside security on April 5 when she spoke to people about Falun Gong. Two police vehicles from Second Street Police Station arrived. The security agent who reported Ms. Liu led the way to arrest her.

10. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yu Yanmei Arrested

Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Yu Yanmei from Lushuihe Township, Baishan City was harassed at home by officer Sha Meiyan from Lushuihe Township Police Department the afternoon of March 28. Later her home was ransacked and she was arrested. She is currently at the Fusong County Detention Center.

11. [Chengdu, Sichuan Province] Additional Information about Mr. Deng Zhaozhong’s Arrest

Mr. Deng Zhaozhong, 63, a retired worker from Rectifier Plant in Chengdu City, was deceived into police custody. Taoxilu Community head Ai lured him out of his living quarters the morning of March 31. He has not been seen since. We have since learned that Taoxilu Police Station agents and those from the Taoxilu Office had arrested him. Mr. Deng was taken to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center.

12. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Chen Zengyue Arrested

Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Chen Zengyue in Weihai City was arrested by four officers from Beizhudao Police Station on March 19 when she distributed truth-clarification materials. Liu Jie from the City Police Department extorted 500 yuan from her relatives and then released her.

13. [Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Jinting Arrested and Beaten

Chengguan Police Station agents in Zanhuang County arrested 49-year-old Ms. Li Jinting from Zanhuang County, Shijiazhuang City, on April 1 on her way to a fair. She was beaten and is currently illegally held at the Nanhuochang Detention Center.

Dahe Police Station head Zhang Wei led ten police officers to Dongdui Village to arrest fourteen Falun Gong practitioners on the afternoon of March 23. They ransacked practitioners’ homes, extorted 10,000 yuan from them and confiscated one computer and one cell phone. Eleven of the practitioners were released. Mr. Wang Jianhui and Ms. Hu Yumei were taken to the Luquan City Detention Center, and one practitioner has disappeared.

Practitioners who were sentenced to prison in Shuicheng County, Guizhou Province from 2007 to 2011:

Mr. Wang Shoumin - 3 years; Mr. Wang Shougui - 6 years; Ms. Zhang Guiyun - 3 years. Ms. Li Wenying was taken to the Shuicheng Detention Center in early 2011 and is being abused.

Police arrested Ms. Song Guixiang and Ms. Song Yongzhan the afternoon of March 23. Later on Ms. Song Guixiang’s husband Mr. Li Yuzhen went to the police department for Ms. Song's release. The police detained him. At the same time Jiaoxi Police Staion agents and those from the 610 Office went to Jiaoxi Township to arrest practitioner Ms. Song Guilan. The four are now missing.

Practitioner Mr. Fa Zhengping was severely abused in the Sixth Ward of the Tilanqiao Prison the afternoon of April 1 while serving a three-year sentence. He was taken to Shanghai Prison General Hospital for treatment. It was reported that he was tortured so severely that he experienced electrolyte disorder.
