(Clearwisdom.net) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 14 cities or counties in seven provinces. In this report, two practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least 25 practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Yao Xingqi and Ms. Li Hong Detained
Mr. Yao Xingqi and Ms. Li Hong from Fulaerji District, Qiqihar, were arrested by officers from the Beixing Police Station on February 28, and March 3, 2011, respectively. They are being detained in the Qiqihar First Detention Center.

2. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. An Fengbo and Three Other Practitioners Arrested
Mr. An Fengbo and his wife Han Shuang were arrested on March 16, 2011. On the same day, Ms. Jia Xiuru and Mr. Lei Bing went missing.
3. [Tieli City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Lu Mei Arrested
At 7:00 a.m. on March 21, 2011, Ms. Lu Mei was taken from her home to Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province by police.
4. [Yongji County, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Yuzhen Arrested
Ms. Liu Yuzhen from Beidahu Town, Yongji County, was arrested on the morning of March 20, 2011. She is being detained at the Beidahu Police Station.

5. [Sanhe City, Hebei Province] Mr. Liu Yonglu Arrested in Beijing
Mr. Liu Yonglu from Yanjiao, Sanhe, was arrested by officers from the Dongcheng District Police Station in Beijing on the afternoon of March 10, 2011. He is being detained in the Changping Detention Center in Beijing. His wife is very ill and cannot take care of herself.
6. [Wuzhi County, Henan Province] Ms. Guo Guilian and Others Persecuted
Ji Pengcheng, an unemployed person, followed Ms. Guo Guilian for several days in order to get a reward for turning in a practitioner. On the afternoon of July 13, 2010, he led police to arrest Ms. Guo and other practitioners. In January 2011, Ms. Guo was sentenced to four years in prison. She is being detained the Wuzhi Detention Center. The Wuzhi 610 Office gave Ji Pengcheng a 10,000 yuan reward.
Ms. Wen Jun works in the Wuzhi Women’s Association. In November 2010, she was taken away from her office. She is being detained in the Wuzhi Detention Center.
Ms. Miao Xiaozhi, 64, lives in Mucheng Town, Wuzhi. On July 13, 2010, Ji Pengcheng reported her to police and she was taken away. In January 2011, Ms. Miao was sentenced to three years in prison. She is currently being detained in the Wuzhi Detention Center.
Ms. Yang Hong, in her forties, works in the Wuzhi Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau. She was arrested in mid-January 2011, and is being detained in the Wuzhi Detention Center.

7. [Nantong City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Sha Jinyu, Ms. Ling Qianyu, Ms. Jiang Chao, and Ms. Wang Qiuping Arrested
Ms. Sha Jinyu and Ms. Ling Qianyu were arrested on March 2, 2011. Ms. Jiang Chao, who was released from the Wuxi Prison at the end of last year, was arrested again on March 17, 2011. Ms. Wang Qiuping was arrested on March 18, 2011.

8. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Chunying Arrested
Ms. Yu Chunying is a teacher at the Hanting Experimental High School in Weifang. On March 18, 2011, she was taken away by Domestic Security agents. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.
9. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Pan Yuzhen and Other Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Pan Yuzhen, 65, is a retired employee of the Wenjiang Aerospace 7111 Factory in Chengdu. At 11:00 a.m. on March 5, 2011, she and Ms. Cao, who is in her sixties, were arrested in Wenjing Park by officers from the Liucheng Police Station. The police also ransacked their homes. Ms. Pan was released that night. Ms. Cao was sent to the Wenjiang Detention Center.
10. [Jiangyou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhao Yuqin Missing for More than Three Months
Ms. Zhao Yuqin, in her sixties, was arrested one night in November 2010. Her whereabouts are unknown.
11. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhu Zhaohe Persecuted
On March 18, 2011 at 10:00 p.m., Hu Fengli from the Liangjiashan Township government, and Li Zhiwei from the Liangjiashan Police Station, led people to take away Mr. Zhu Zhaohe from his home. Mr. Zhu was tortured in the guest house of the Shulan Grain Bureau.
12. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Meijuan and Ms. Zou Arrested
On the morning of March 21, 2011, Ms. Wang Meijuan and Ms. Zou, from Huancui District, were arrested by officers from the Weihai Economical District Police Department.
13. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhou Ye of the Changchun Posts and Telecommunications Institute Arrested on March 19, 2011
14. [Chongqing] Ms. Wang Jihong Sentenced to Ten Years in Prison
In September 2009, Ms. Wang Jihong, from Yubei District, was arrested by officers from the Muer Police Station while she was talking to people about Falun Gong in Muer Town. She was detained at the Yubei Detention Center. The court later secretly sentenced her to ten years in prison. She is currently being detained in the Zhouma Town Women’s Prison, Banan District, Chongqing.
15. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Mr. Diao Zengxian and Ms. Chen Yan Arrested
Mr. Dian Zengxian and his wife Ms. Chen Yan, from Chuanzhigou, Shiliang Town, Longkou, were arrested by officers from the Shiliang Police Station on the night of March 19, 2011. Mr. Dian later managed to walk away. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
