1. [Tangyuan County, Heilongjiang Province] Eight Practitioners Sentenced and Taken to Harbin

A group of officers lead by Guo Gang, director of Jixiang Township Police Station, and Ma Changchun, director of Zhenxing Township Police Station, arrested Ms. Li Xiuqin and nine other Falun Gong practitioners on July 1, 2010. Several officers led by Zhou Jinzhe, an officer from Tangyuan County Police Department, took the practitioners to Tangyuan Detention Center. Eight practitioners including Ms. Li Xiuqin and Ms. Li Yanrong were sentenced to seven to eight-year terms on January 4, 2011. They were secretly taken to Harbin City at around 3:00 a.m. on March 23, 2011.

2. [Wafangdian City, Liaoning Province] Additional Information Regarding Ms. Song Yuqing's Arrest

Ms. Song Yuqing was arrested by several officers led by Wen Zhigang, director of Fude Police Station in Wafangdian, on March 24, 2011. Ms. Song was taken to Fude Police Station and beaten. Ms. Song's son was beaten when the family went to request her release. Ms. Song was taken to Dalian City on the afternoon of the same day.

3. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Additional Information Regarding the Arrests of Ms. Hong Yazhen and Ms. Yin Suwei

On March 23, 2011, Ms. Hong Yazhen and Ms. Yin Suwei were taken to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp to serve two-year terms.

4. [Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Fan Shude and Ms. Yi Zhengfang Taken Away

Ms. Fan Shude and Ms. Yi Zhengfang, in her 50s, were taken away by officers from Dongfeng Police Station at noon on March 25, 2011. They are being held in the Dongfeng Police Station.

Ms. An Fengbo and Mr. Han Shuang were arrested by officers from Henan Police Station on March 16, 2011. They are being held in Jilin Detention Center. The current whereabouts of another practitioner, Ms. Lei Bing, is unknown.

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners Taken Away

Four practitioners from Masanjia Town, Yuhong District, Shenyang, were taken away by officers from the Masanjia Police Station on the afternoon of March 25, 2011. They are Mr. Lu Yunsheng, Mr. Pang Huijie, and Ms. Pang Huijie and her husband. Their homes were ransacked.

7. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Yujie and Ms. Guo Shulan Sent to Forced Labor

Ms. Zhang Yujie and Ms. Guo Shulan, in her 60s, were arrested by officers from the Zhengyang Police Station on the afternoon of March 16, 2011. They were taken to Weizigou Detention Center. Seven days later, they were transferred to Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City. Ms. Zhang is being held in the Third Division, and Ms. Guo in the Fourth Division.

Ms. Li Weiling went to Ms. Yang Huifen's home on the evening of March 19, 2011. Several police officers broke in and took both of them away. Ms. Yang's home was ransacked. Ms. Yang and Ms. Li are being held in the Changning District Detention Center.

11. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Mr. Gai Wufan and Mr. Lu Arrested

Officers from the Donghuan Police Station broke into the homes of Mr. Gai Wufan and Mr. Lu at around 7:00 a.m. on March 25, 2011. Mr. Lu is being held in the detention center. Mr. Gai's current whereabouts is unknown.

12. [Linquan County, Anhui Province] Three Practitioners Taken Away

Ms. Liu Suqin and Ms. Hu Cuixia from Xieji Township were taken away from home by officers from the Domestic Security Division of Funan County Police Department, Xieji Police Station, and the Linquan County Domestic Security Team at around 2:00 p.m. on March 17, 2011. They were taken to Xieji Police Station and later transferred to Funan County Detention Center. Ms. Chen Yili was taken away from home around 10:00 p.m. on March 18, 2011.

Ms. Huang Haijun, 60, lives in Longzhuashu Village, Xiaohongmen Township, the Chaoyang District. She was taken to Dongtieying Police Station in Fengtai District by three officers in the early morning of March 25, 2011. She was transferred to Lugouqiao Detention Center in the afternoon.

17. [Beijing] Mr. Wang Zicheng Severely Tortured

Mr. Wang Zicheng from Pinggu District was illegally sentenced last year. He has been held in the Eleventh Division in Chadian Prison. He was beaten several times and as a result, suffered from a neck fracture which affected his walking and food intake. He was sent to Beijing Prison Management Center Hospital on February 24, 2011.

18. [Pengze County, Jiangxi Province] Additional Information Regarding the Arrests of Seven Practitioners

Ms. Zhang Yuzhen, Ms. Ouyang Xiuhua, Ms. Xu Zhongxia, Ms. Wu Shaoyin, Ms. Yang Yinfeng, Ms. Liu, and Ms. Zhu were arrested in Dongsheng Town on the evening of March 22, 2011. Ms. Liu and Ms. Zhu were released. The other five practitioners are still being held in Pengze Detention Center.

19. [Wendeng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Qi Yajie Arrested Again

Ms. Qi Yajie escaped from Wendeng Detention Center, where she was being held, on March 9, 2011. On March 24, officers from Gaocun Town Police Station followed her family to where she was staying temporarily and arrested her again. She is being held in Wendeng Detention Center.

20. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Mr. Yin Jianhui Arrested and His Home Ransacked

Mr. Yin Jianhui was arrested and his home was ransacked by officers from Taoyuan Police Station on March 25, 2011.

21. [Xinji City, Hebei Province] Mr. Liu Haiqiang's Home Ransacked

Mr. Liu Haiqiang lives in Dongzhangkou Village, Tianjiazhuang Township, Xinji. His home was broken into and ransacked at noon on March 25, 2011. Mr. Liu was not at home at the time.

22. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Lu Rongfen's Home Ransacked

Wei Bingcun, Li Jianzhou, and several other officers from Huanghe Road Police Station ransacked Ms. Lu Rongfen's home on the morning of March 25, 2011. The police confiscated her son's computer and new cellphone, Dafa books, and a photo of Falun Dafa's founder.

23. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Mr. Wang Xinjiang Arrested

Mr. Wang Xinjiang and his mother, Ms. Liu Fengling, went to Dingxiang County to visit their relatives on March 15, 2011. They were followed by plainclothes officers, who heard them speaking to others about Falun Gong. The officers deceived them and took them to the Dingxiang Police Department, interrogated them, and videotaped them. They confiscated Mr. Wang's ID and some Falun Gong materials.

Bao Hongbin from Wanbolin District Police Station in Taiyuan took Mr. Wang and Ms. Liu back to Taiyuan and ransacked their home that same day. Ms. Liu was released on March 23. Mr. Wang is being held in Xinghualing Detention Center.

24. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Officers from Jiaozhou 610 Office and Jiaoxi Police Station broke into Ms. Song Guilan's home in Yuangezhuang Village, Jiaoxi Town, on the afternoon of March 23, 2011. The police took away Ms. Song Guilan, Ms. Song Guixiang, Ms. Li Yuzhen, and Mr. Song Yongzhan. On the afternoon of March 24, the police ransacked the homes of all four practitioners and confiscated their personal belongings. They are being held in Jiaozhou Detention Center.

28. [Anlu City, Hubei Province] Mr. Wu Xuebin and Three Other Practitioners Sentenced

Mr. Wu Xuebin, Ms. Zenghui, Ms. Yang Heping, and Mr. Xia Hai were arrested in Yantian Town, Dongwan City, Guangdong Province, on August 28, 2010. They were all recently handed stiff prison terms: Mr. Wu Xuebin and his wife, Ms. Zenghui, were sentenced to eight and a half years; Ms. Yang Heping to eight years and nine months; and Mr. Xia Hai to nine years.

29. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zeng Xianmei Detained

Ms. Zeng Xianmei was taken away from home by officers from Hefei City Police Department on March 22, 2011. She is being held in the No. 1 Detention Center of Hefei City Police Department.
