(Clearwisdom.net) Police officers from the Huzhai Police Station arrested Ms. Zhang Yanju on February 22, 2011 while she was distributing Falun Dafa materials in Huzhai Township. The officers interrogated her and broke into both her and her son's houses, where they performed illegal searches. Ms. Zhang is now locked in the Pei County Detention Center and will soon face a so-called “trial”.
Ms. Zhang at one time suffered from breast cancer. She visited major hospitals but none of the doctors were able to cure her. Ms. Zhang began to practice Falun Gong in 2004. She faithfully observed the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance in her daily life. Her health gradually improved.
She was a good wife and mother at home, as well as being a good daughter-in-law. She took care of all of the farm work on her family's six-acre property. She helped fellow villagers fix their broken appliances. She is honest, kind, upright, and everyone in the village trusts her. She often helps others without any thought of herself, and has been nominated the village representative for the past several years.
