(Clearwisdom.net) On June 12, 2011, Russia's National Day, Falun Gong practitioners participated in the 3rd Education Festival themed “The Power of Tolerance” held at Moscow Youth Park.
The festival was intended to demonstrate the importance of morality, aesthetics, and the laws of nature. The visitors were mainly students of high schools and primary schools in the capital and students from summer camps nearby.

The Falun Dafa group was well-received at the event and their booth was set up near the park entrance. All attendees entering or exiting passed by the location. From 9 am to 4 pm, Falun Gong practitioners demonstrated the exercises, introduced the practice, and performed traditional Chinese dances, waist drums, and a lion dance. Many students crowded around the Falun Gong booth. Folding paper lotus flowers was very popular--ten tables were full of people learning to make the flowers. The hosting organization ended up adding a few more tables.
One of the practitioners participating in the event was interviewed by a Moscow TV station about Falun Dafa and how the moral principles of the practice,Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, enriched her life.
