2. [Wuhan, Hubei Province] Mr. Li Taozhi Arrested

Mr. Li Taozhi from the Wuchang District was arrested by plainclothes officers from the Wuhan Police Department in front of his yard on the morning of May 18, 2011. The police ransacked his home. Mr. Li is being detained in the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center.

Officers from the Jiyuqiao Police Station went to the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center on the afternoon of May 19, 2011. The police intended to take Mr. Li Taozhi to the Dongxihu Detention Center. At that time, Mr. Li's blood pressure was up to 180 and he had high blood sugar. The detention center refused to accept him. At 10 p.m. that night, Mr. Li's wife took him home.

Ms. Xu Chuhua from the Chenghai District, Shantou, is 50 years old. She was arrested by the Chenhai police and taken to the Baisha Detention Center in Chenghai on the morning of December 28, 2010, while she was distributing Falun Gong materials. She has not been released.

Ms. Tan Guohua from the Yingcheng Mine District, Jiutai, in her 50s, was reported to police on May 20, 2011, while posting Falun Gong materials. Ms. Tan was arrested by officers from the Yingcheng Police Station and her home was also ransacked. She is now in the Majiagangzi Detention Center.

Ms. Guo Xiuqin is 50 years old. She was arrested by officers from the Pingquan Town Police Station and taken to the Chengde Brainwashing Center on the morning of May 20, 2011

Ms. Yan Xiuling was taken away from where she works and sent to the Zibo Brainwashing Center on May 14, 2011.

9. [Yingshan County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Deng Min Arrested

Officers from the Yingshan 610 Office and Domestic Security Team arrested Ms. Deng Min on May 16, 2011. She is now in the Yingshan Detention Center.

10. [Yanbian, Jilin Province] Mr. Liu Jiuhuan Arrested

Mr. Liu Jiuhuan is about 70 years old and lives in Bajiazi, Helong, Yanbian. He was arrested by Wang Jiahui and others from the Domestic Security Team of Bajiazi Forestry Police Department on the afternoon of May 18, 2011. He is being detained in Helong.

11. [Taian, Shandong Province] The Police Arrested Nine Falun Gong Practitioners

Mr. Wang Changlin, Mr. Zhang Dongfang, Mr. Li Shulin, Mr. Ma Changbing, Mr. Zhang Quansong, Mr. Zhang Hua, Mr. Wang Hu, Mr. Zhang Song, and Mr. Ma Lianlai studied the Fa together in Mr. Wang Hu's home on the afternoon of May 13, 2011. Six plainclothes officers broke into the home and took a TV, DVD player, Dafa materials, and other items.

12. [Suining, Jiangsu Province] Many Falun Gong Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Hu Bo, Mr. Liu Gang, Ms. Zhou Chunping, and Mr. Zhu Yuyu were arrested by Suining domestic security agents around May 16, 2011.

13. [Fushun, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhou Yuefei Arrested

Officers from the Fushun 610 Office and the Xinbin County Police Station went to Mr. Zhou Yuefei's home in Wuli Village, Xinbin and ransacked it on May 19, 2011. Mr. Zhou was also taken away.

14. [Yaan, Sichuan Province] Ms. Gan Yulian and Ms. Zhou Fuping Arrested

Ms. Gan Yulian, 69, and Ms. Zhou Fuping from the Yucheng District, Yaan, were arrested by officers from the Hebei Police Station at 10 p.m. on May 12, 2011. The two women had been distributing Falun Gong materials. They are now in the Duoying Detention Center in Yaan. Ms. Zhou's home was ransacked. The police took a computer, a printer, about 3000 yuan cash, a cellphone, bank books, salary slips, an identification card, Dafa books, and Falun Gong materials.

15. [Xining, Qinghai Province] Ms. Zhang Guiqin Arrested

Zhang Wenkui, deputy Party secretary of the Xinghailu Neighboring Administration Office, led others to Ms. Zhang Guiqin's home at 9 a.m on May 11, 2011. Ms. Zhang was taken to a brainwashing center.

16. [Changzhou, Hunan Province] Graduate Student Mr. Yi Song Sent to Forced Labor Camp

Mr. Yi Song is a graduate student of Changzhou University. He was arrested by officers from the Changzhou 610 Office on March 22, 2011. He was detained in the Jinhai Hotel in Changzhou for brainwashing. On April 13, 2011, he was transferred to the Wujin Detention Center in Changzhou.

The Changzhou Forced Labor Administration Committee issued a statement of forced labor on May 11, 2011. Mr. Yi was sentenced to one year.

17. [Huanggang, Hubei Province] Mr. Wang Jiansheng Taken to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Wang Jiansheng was fthe ormer chief of the Health Center of Huanggang Telecommunication Bureau. He was detained in the Huanggang Second Detention Center after being arrested on May 3, 2011. He was transferred to the Hubei Legal System Education Center on May 6, 2011.

On the morning of May 20, 2011, Ms. Wang Yujie was forcibly taken away from her home by officers from the Zhongfang 610 Office and the Domestic Security Team. She was taken to the Huaihua Brainwashing Center.
