(Clearwisdom.net) In the beginning of 2008, I was diagnosed with having a deadly disease, a cancerous gastrointestinal stromal tumor. I survived by practicing Falun Gong. Now the symptoms have disappeared and I am healthy, and enjoying each and every day.
In October, 2008, I had surgery at the hospital affiliated with China Medical University. After the surgery, I spent a lot of money on medication, including medication for injections, and both Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine. They did not have any effect and I showed no improvement. One year later, I went to the hospital to have a follow up test, and my diagnosis was updated, showing that the cancer had metastasized to the lung. I had trouble breathing and had intolerable pain all over my body. At night, I could not fall asleep. I could not eat. I felt I had reached the end of my life. My family took me for treatment everywhere. I received treatment at China Medical University, Peking Union Medical Hospital and the Beijing Tumor Institute. The experts said that it was a deadly disease and unlikely to be treated successfully. I was very disappointed.
In the middle of September, 2010, I was fortunate to meet a senior Falun Dafa practitioner. At that time, I had trouble walking. She gave me the book Zhuan Falun, which I read. The more I read, the more enlightened I was. Since then, I have tried to follow what Master told us, to study the Fa more and do the exercises more every day.
Ten days later, I began to have diarrhea. Every day, I had diarrhea four or five times without pain. What I defecated was water mixed with something that looked like seaweed leaves. At night I felt back pain and stomach pain. At first, I felt the disease had worsened. Later I realized that it was Master that helped me to cleanse my body and eliminate my karma. This happened continuously over the course of twenty days. Then everything became normal. After I practiced, I did not take any medication at all. Now, half a year later, all the symptoms have disappeared completely and my family members are very happy.
Now I am very energetic. I do not feel tired after I walk a long way. My complexion has returned to normal. I am not tired after walking a few miles in the morning to the market to buy food, and carrying over ten pounds of food back. Everyone who knows me says it seems like I am a new person. I said that it was Falun Dafa that saved my life. It was the great merciful Master who rescued me from the verge of death. I cannot possibly adequately express my appreciation with words.
