(Clearwisdom.net) In August 2011, Falun Dafa practitioners in Austria participated in the 7th annual African Arts Festival (Afrika Tage Wien) on Danube Island in Vienna to introduce Falun Dafa and clarify the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong in China.

The arts festival lasted three weeks and attracted many visitors from Vienna, as well as other parts of Austria. At the festival, people learned about African culture and enjoyed performances by African artists.
On the last day, the organizers arranged a Falun Gong exercise demonstration on the stage. A practitioner introduced the characteristics of Falun Dafa, its wide spread around the world, and the persecution of Falun Gong in China. Some people in the front rows took notes during the introduction. Many in the audience stood up and followed along with the exercises during the demonstration.
A visitor told a practitioner that he learned about the persecution of Falun Gong when he saw the Shen Yun performance in Vienna. He had high praise for Shen Yun and the unforgettable memories from watching the performance.
