(Clearwisdom.net) Xu Guofeng and other officers from the Chifeng City Songshan District Domestic Security Division in Inner Mongolia continuously harass Falun Gong practitioners. They illegally track and arrest practitioners, use torture during interrogations to get names of other practitioners, and then begin the next round of arrests and torture. They extort practitioners' families for money.

In November 2010, they arrested practitioner Ms. Zhang Shuqin and her non-practitioner daughter Ms. Han Jing. After they extorted 15,000 yuan from Ms. Zhang's family, Ms. Han was released that night. Ms. Zhang was held for more than a month and her family was once again extorted.

The officers forced practitioners Ms. Zhang Xiaomin, Ms. Zhang Shuqin, and Ms. Xiaomei (pseudonym) to give out names of other practitioners, such as Mr. Ji Xiaodong and Ms. Luo Yanchun. They put these two practitioners' names online with the intention of arresting them. They harassed Ms. Luo's son, and Ms. Luo was forced to stay away from home to avoid persecution.

One day, Mr. Ji's wife went to a bank to withdraw money. Right after she finished, officers from the Aohan Domestic Security Division came to the bank and questioned the clerks as to why they let her withdraw money.

Bad Deeds Meet With Retribution

Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they too be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

The persecution of these practitioners greatly harms society, confusing the perception of good and evil amongst the people. The conscience and moral values that human beings rely on are damaged. People who persecute Falun Gong will be punished by not only the law but also by heaven's laws. Let's take the Chifeng area as an example.

Yang Chunyue's son, who was only 28, hit a big freight vehicle when he was driving. His skull was fractured and he died on the spot.

Dong Qifu, director of the Chifeng Police Department, died of an unexpected illness in his 50's. Zhai Daming, director of the National Security Bureau, Bao Wenzhong, deputy director of the department, Wang Ran, chief editor of the newspaper Chifeng Daily, all in their 50's, developed incurable diseases and died in pain.

Zhang Ying, chief of the Songshan District Domestic Security Division, died in a car accident. Zhang Yuxia, an agent of the Yuanbaoshan Town 610 Office, drowned in her own water tank, which had only two feet of water in it. Wang Deli, director of the Aohan Banner 610 Office, had femoral head necrosis, and died unexpectedly after surgery. Zhang Jinghe, head of the Chengli Village Communist Party Committee in Daming Town, Ningcheng County, slandered and defamed Falun Dafa in the CCTV “Focus Interview” program, and framed Mr. Zhao He, who is a family member of a practitioner. Two weeks after the program was aired, a donkey cart squeezed him against the gate of his house. His heart, liver, and lungs were crushed and he died at the scene. Bao Mingze, deputy president of the Criminal Court of Chifeng Intermediate Court, fell sick in bed after getting drunk. He died six days later.

After the Chinese Communist Party began to persecute practitioners on July 20, 1999, Zhang Jingwen, chief of the Hongshan District Traffic Police Division, slandered Falun Dafa through a loud-speaker for two days in a traffic station in Simen City. He developed appendix cancer a month later, and died three months after that at the age of 42.

Zhan Guolong, deputy chief editor of the Chifeng Daily, was actively involved in slandering Falun Dafa while he was the principal editor of the Hongshan Evening News. In 2008, he was hit by a heavy goods vehicle from behind. He, his mother, and the nanny died at the scene. He was 49 years old.
