(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Liu Xiang lives in Xupu County, Hunan Province. Years ago he was a worthless troublemaker. At that time he often indulged in alcohol, gambling, deception, and extortion. Not surprisingly, he spent a lot of time in the detention center. His wife was a Falun Dafa practitioner and diligently practiced Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance in her daily life. She did not complain about how badly Liu Xiang treated her. Instead, she always took care of him the best she could. She did all kinds of work for the family. In addition, she told people the truth about Falun Gong. Liu Xiang understood the pureness, compassion, and greatness of Dafa from all that his wife did, and he admired her secretly.

Later, Mr. Liu developed a stubborn illness called yellow pustule, making him look red and swollen. It was itchy and painful, and extremely uncomfortable. He saw many doctors and was treated with different Western and Chinese medicines. He spent a lot of money, but nothing worked. His wife told him to recite "Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good." Liu did recite them and also read some Falun Gong books. From them, he learned how to be a good person.

After a few months passed, Liu felt much better, and his pustules disappeared. He told people, "Falun Gong really is magical."

Not long ago, Liu Xiang picked up a bag he found. After returning home he opened the bag and found more than 10,000 yuan in cash, a gold necklace, and some other items inside. His wife said to him, “Falun Gong practitioners should not be moved by money and treasure. What will you do with the bag?” Liu Xiang replied, “Before, eight or ten thousand yuan would not be too much for me, and even eight or ten yuan would not be too little. Today, however, I will not take even a penny from this bag.”

The next day Liu Xiang went out to find the owner and returned the bag. The owner tried to insist on remunerating him to thank him, but Liu declined firmly and said, “Do not thank me. You should thank Falun Dafa and those practitioners.”
