Mr. Meng Qingchang was arrested while he was distributing truth clarifying materials in Damiao Township, Chaoyang County, on the afternoon of November 21, 2011. Mr. Meng is being held at the Chaoyang County Detention Center.
On the morning of November 21, 2011, officers from the Guangming Police Department arrested Ms. Xue Shuwei while she was at work. The police searched her home, confiscated two computers, a printer, and other personal items. Ms. Xue is being held at the Beishan Detention Center in the Xidayingzi area.

2. [Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhang Shuyun Arrested
Ms. Zhang Shuyun, about 50, is from Donggaojia, Xinsheng Village, Xinxing Township, Shuangcheng City. On the morning of December 18, 2011, Sng Jiuwu from the Xinxing Township Police Station and officers from the Shuangcheng City Domestic Security Division took Ms. Zhang from her home to the Shuangcheng Detention Center.
3. [Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Hong Baojia and Other Practitioners Persecuted
Mr. Hong Baojia, about 50, is from Tangjiawopeng, Xinxing Township, Shuangcheng City. He was arrested on November 13, 2011. He was illegally sentenced to two years of forced labor and taken to Suihua Forced Labor Camp on November 30.
Mr. Wang Yunlong and Mr. Fu Wenqing, also arrested on November 13, remain in custody at the Shuangcheng No. 2 Detention Center.

On the evening of December 23, 2011, four officers from the Handian Town Police Station in Shuangcheng City arrested Mr. Dong Guozhong at his home in Hongcheng Village, Handian Town, Shuangcheng City. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa books. Mr. Dong is being held at the Shuangcheng Detention Center.

5. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Guo Wenshuai Sentenced to Eight Years in Prison
Ms. Guo Wenshuai from Changchun City was sentenced to eight years in prison on December 23, 2011. She was taken to Heizuizi Women's Prison in Jilin Province. Ms. Guo has continued her hunger strike protesting the persecution. She is currently in a weak condition.

On November 9, 2011, Mr. Gong Fajiu, who works at the Jiulong Administration Office in Wafangdian City, was arrested. He has been taken to the Dalian Forced Labor Camp.
7. [Yi County, Liaoning Province] Supplementary Information on Mr. Shi Feng and Other Arrested Practitioners
More than 20 police officers, led by Jiang Cheng, head of the Yi County Domestic Security Division, along with Yang Zhou, director of the Toudaohe Township Police Station in Yi County, and Xie Chen, director of the Longgou Township Police Station in Yi County, broke into practitioners' homes in Hongshilingtun, Dayetun Village, Longgou Township. 11. [Fuyang City, Anhui Province] Mr. Feng Xiao Brutally Tortured in Chaohu Prison
Mr. Feng Xiao, in his 30s, is from Huaji, Linquan County, Fuyang City. On August 1, 2009, he was arrested at his job in a frozen food processing factory by Wang Chuanhong, chief of the Yingquan District Police Department, and other officers.
In 2010, Mr. Feng was illegally sentenced to four years in prison. He was taken to the Su County No. 3 Prison in Anhui Province. He has since been transferred to Chaohu Prison in Anhui Province and subjected to numerous extremely cruel tortures. He has become emaciated and is no longer able to walk.

These plainclothes officials forcibly took the two practitioners to the Erehu Brainwashing Center. They searched the two practitioners' homes, taking a computer and a printer from Ms. Feng's home, and two computers, two printers, a DVD burner, and several hundred DVDs from Ms. Peng's home.

16. [Huangshi City, Hubei Province] Mr. Xiao Jianhua and Mr. Wang Guangjia Held at Shayang Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Xiao Jianhua and Mr. Wang Guangjia from Daye City (subordinate to Huangshi City) were arrested in March 2011 for distributing handouts with facts about Falun Gong. The two practitioners are being held in Shayang Forced Labor Camp in Hubei Province.
17. [Tianjin] Ms. Yin Guanghua and Her Husband, Mr. Wang Guiqi
Ms. Yin Guanghua and her husband, Mr. Wang Guiqi, live in the Daliangzi area of the Tanggu District, Tianjin. They went to the Hangzhoudao Police Station in the Tanggu District for residential papers in late March 2011. The residential police officers, in cooperation with domestic security officers, detained them. The police then searched their home. They confiscated three copies of Zhuan Falun, a computer, over 10,000 yuan in cash, DVDs, truth clarification brochures, and other personal property. Mr. Wang was released after 15 days of detention. Ms. Yin was recently sentenced to three and a half years in prison. She is now in Tianjin Women's Prison.
