1. [Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Over 50 Practitioners Arrested
On November 13, 2011, about 150 officers from the Special Duties Unit of Heilongjiang Province Public Security Department arrested nearly 60 Falun Gong practitioners near the family quarters of the Shuangcheng City Urban Construction Department. Female practitioners held at the Shuangcheng Administrative Detention Center were all transferred to the Harbin City No. 2 Detention Center on November 13, including: Ms. Du Lihua, Ms. Bai Yanling, Ms. Zou Shuyun, Ms. Lu Guangwen, Ms. Zhao Shuyun, Ms. Lu Shuchun, Ms. Zhao Yanju, Ms. Gao Shujun, Ms. Wang Yufeng, Ms. Wang Xiuqing, Ms. Jiang Xiaoyan, Ms. Du Yamin, Ms. Xu Libo, Ms. Tian Xiaoping, Ms. Wang Xianfen, Ms. Jiao Xiuying, Ms. Ma Hongxia, Ms. Luo Yuajie, Ms. Zhao Tianling, Ms. Liang Yan, Ms. Xu Yali, Ms. Kang Changjiang, Ms. Qin Hailong, Ms. Yan Tingzhen, and Ms. Fang.
Seven male practitioners remain in the Shuangcheng Administrative Detention Center, including: Mr. Hong Quanjia, Mr. Zhao Xingyou, Mr. Cheng Shaonian, Mr. Fan Wentuo, Mr. Yue Baoqing, and Mr. Ma Xiliang. Five other practitioners are held at the Shuangcheng Detention Center, including: Mr. Fu Wenqing, Mr. Wang Yunlong, Mr. Wang Wenli, and Mr. Zou.
2. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Chen Shuyuan and Family Persecuted
In early October 2011, Ding Xiutao and two other officers from the Xiushui Police Station in Faku County, Shenyang City, broke into Ms. Chen Shuyuan's home in Sanjiazi Village. The officers took a desktop calendar and Falun Dafa books and forcibly took Ms. Chen to the Xiushuihezi Police Station. That night they took her to the Shenyang No. 739 Hospital, where Ms. Chen was found to have high blood pressure. She was released after 10:00 p.m.
On October 15, Ding Xiutao and other officers again went to Ms. Chen's home, but she was not there. The officers rushed to her younger sister's home, found Ms. Chen there, and took her to the police station. The officers held Ms. Chen's hand to get her fingerprints on a document.
On November 15, Ding Xiutao again showed up at Ms. Chen's home and again she was not at home. Ding Xiutao then dragged her husband to the police station to sign a paper, although he did not know what was written on it.
3. [Gu'an County, Hebei Province] Ms. Xin Huilan Arrested
On the morning of November 23, 2011, the police followed Ms. Xin Huilan to her home after spotting her distributing Falun Dafa truth clarification materials. They took her to the Niutou Township Police Station. Officers from the police station and those from the Gu'an County Domestic Security Division then took her to the Du'an Detention Center.

On the morning of December 1, 2011, officers took Mr. Sun Jianping and Ms. Liu Shujin to the Yuelong Town Police Station for giving out wall calendars with Falun Dafa truth clarifying content in the farmers market in Yuelong Town. Practitioners arrested on November 24 and November 25 were Mr. Zhang Hongquan, Ms. Wang Shuyan, Ms. Zhang Yue and family members, Ms. Fan Xiangjie, Dajuan (female), and Mr. Zhang Jianping and his wife, Ms. Ma Xiaoyan. They are being held at the Qiqihar City No. 1 Detention Center.

Ms. Liu Yuqin from the Meixi District, Yichun City, was arrested and taken to the Meixi District Police Department on November 25, 2011. The following day she was transferred to the Yichun Detention Center. Officials are working on getting her sentenced to prison.

It has been reported that officials from the Chenghua District 610 Office in Chengdu City went to where Ms. Yu Fuzhao was temporarily staying. After they failed to “transform” her, the officials threatened that they would send three former Falun Gong practitioners who enlightened along a deviated path to see her in order to conduct an in-house brainwashing session.

22. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Police Search Ms. Li Rong's Home Twice
Ms. Li Rong, 41, is employed at the No. 2 Machinery Factory of the Daqing City Equipment Group Co. On June 4, 2008, Qi Yawen and other officers from the Donghu Police Department in Daqing City, searched her home and arrested her. The officers confiscated a computer, printer, tape recorder, and other personal items. Ms. Li was detained for 15 days.
On November 25, 2011, a group of officers again arrested her and searched her home. The police took away a notebook computer and a printer, among other items. Ms. Li is being held at the Daqing City No. 1 Detention Center.
