1. [Baise, Guangxi Province] Mr. Huang Yuxuan Cannot Take Care of Himself as a Result of Persecution
Mr. Huang Yuxuan was sentenced to five years in prison in March 2008. He has been detained in the Litang Prison. Currently, as a result of maltreatment in the prison, he is severely illl and cannot take care of himself.
2. [Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Xiao Kun and Ms. Xiao Yang Arrested
On December 31, 2011, officers from the Xiangfang District Domestic Security Division in Harbin found a locksmith company to open the door to a photography studio owned by sisters Ms. Xiao Kun and Ms. Xiao Yang. They broke into the studio and arrested the sisters.

Mr. Yu Qingquan was transferred from the Gongzhuling Detention Center to the Shilingzi Prison in Siping at the beginning of January 2012.
4. [Zhucheng, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Chunying and Mr. Wang Shuizhen Arrested
Ms. Li Chuying and Mr. Wang Shuizhen live in Dazhusupu Village, Shiqiaozi Town, Zhucheng. They were taken away by community guard Cui and officers from the Shiqiaozi Police Station on February 9, 2012. Their homes were ransacked.
5. [Chaoyang, Liaoning Province] Four Falun Gong Practitioners from Heishui Township, Jianping County Arrested
On the night of February 9, 2012, Ms. Li Xiuzhi, Ms. Deng Fangfang, Ms. Wang Xiuqin and Ms. Cao Shujie from Heishui Township, Jianping County, Chaoyang were reported to police while distributing Falun Gong materials. They were arrested by the police. Now they are being detained in the Jianping Detention Center.

6. [Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Wang Bin Arrested
Mr. Wang Bin, 77, was a senior engineer of the China United Engineering Company. On the night of October 29, 2011, he was taken from his home by officers from the Tianshui Police Station in Hangzhou. Now he is being detained in the Xiacheng District Detention Center in Hangzhou.
7. [Jining, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhu Fengzhen Sent to a Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Zhu Fengzhen was reported to police while talking to people about Falun Gong at the Shiji Plaza in July 2011. She was arrested by officers from the Guanghe Police Station and sent to a detention center. After being detained in the detention center for 15 days, she was sent to the Jinan Women's Forced Labor Camp for a 21-month term. Six months later, Ms. Zhu was persecuted to the point of being mentally disabled. She is now hospitalized in the Daizhuang Mental Hospital.
8. [Zhangshu, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Fu Xiaoyuan Sentenced to Two Years in Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Fu Xiaoyuan, 61, was arrested because she clarified the truth about Falun Gong on January 28, 2012. She was detained in the Zhangshu Detention Center. On February 10, 2012, she was sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp. She is being detained in the Jiangxi Women's Forced Labor Camp.
9. [Jilin, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhao Yingjie Taken to a Brainwashing Center
Mr. Zhao Yingjie was sentenced to six years in prison. He was released on February 12, 2012. However, he was taken to a brainwashing center of the Jilin 610 Office again.
10. [Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Sun Hong Arrested on the Night of February 9, 2012 and Detained in Yaziquan
11. [Lanzhou, Gansu Province] Mr. Chen Deguang Arrested
Mr. Chen Deguang from Honggu District, Lanzhou was reported to the police while distributing Shen Yun DVDs in Huangzhuang Town, Honggu District on July 6, 2011. He was arrested and taken to the Honggu District Detention Center. He was transferred to the Lanzhou Second Detention Center in December 2011.
