(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Pan Xiaoping, a Falun Gong practitioner from Shifang City of Sichuan Province, was arrested again on December 21, 2011 by local police officers and detained for 15 days. She was later sentenced to one year of forced labor and taken to the Nanmusi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Zizhong City, Sichuan Province.

On the morning of December 21, 2011, she was working and riding a tricycle near the market at Liyuan Street, Shifang City, when some plainclothes police officers arrested her. Prior to the arrest, a female customer took the tricycle cab and told Ms. Pan that someone had given her a fantastic Shen Yun DVD. This woman was suspected to be a plainclothes police officer, who was trying to lure Ms. Pan into talking about Falun Gong to her. The woman also told Ms. Pan that she had heard about a very good book named Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and asked her if she could help her find a copy of the book. When Ms. Pan said that she would help her find the book, she was arrested and taken to the Detention Center in Shifang City.

At around noon that day, Ms. Pan's husband returned home and noticed that she had not prepared lunch. He believed that she might be busy with cab customers. At around 1:00 p.m., six police officers knocked on the door, and when he opened the door, her husband was restrained by two officers. Meanwhile, others searched their home and confiscated Falun Gong books and other materials. He refused to sign the search warrant and the lead officer said, “Sign it or not, we are taking all these materials.” Two police officers then signed the warrant themselves. Their surnames were Mou and Xiong.

On January 5, 2012, after 15 days of detention, Ms. Pan was transferred to the Nanmusi Women's Forced Labor Camp to serve a one year term.

Previously, as early as June 21, 2011, Ms. Pan was arrested by authorities, including the secretary of the Political and Legal Committee in Shifang City, Li, local head of the “610 Office” and the Chengdong Police Station. She was taken to a brainwashing center, which was established by the Deyang City 610 Office in Hexing Town, Guangyang City, and detained there for 38 days.
