(Minghui.org) Three Falun Dafa practitioners from Mudanjiang were arrested on the evening of May 12, 2015, for hanging Falun Dafa informational banners.
The arrested practitioners, Ms. Shao Yan, Ms. Wang Liyan, and Mr. Li Qingyu, were hit by a police car, and Ms. Shao was injured. She was denied medical attention, and taken to a detention center. Her left leg was bruised and turned black.

Chief Chen Xianrui and more than a dozen officers from the Mudanjiang Domestic Security Division ransacked the homes of the three practitioners. The police confiscated computers, printers, DVD writers, and other personal belongings.
Ms. Shao's family and attorney went to the Xianglun Community Police Station on May 21 to inquire about the arrested practitioners. Chief Chen refused to see the attorney.
Chen claimed that he was not responsible for the case, and told them to go to the Mudanjiang Domestic Security Division. Ms. Shao's family and the attorney called the Domestic Security Division, but no one answered.
The police beat Ms. Wang Liyan. She is now holding a hunger strike to protest the illegal detention.
