(Minghui.org) A bus hit me from behind while I was riding my motorcycle on a highway near my village in April 2007. I was pushed several dozen feet before the bus stopped. I lay underneath my motorcycle.

The bus driver was trembling in shock. I was conscious and didn't feel any pain. I thought, “I am a Falun Dafa practitioner. Master Li protects me.”

Many people had come from the village to take a look. I tried to get up, but they told me not to move, in case I had internal bleeding. I didn't have any wounds, and my motorcycle wasn't damaged. However, there was a large dent in the front of the bus, and its left front light was smashed.

The bus driver asked me, with his voice trembling, “How are you? Let's go to hospital.” I replied, “I am fine. Please just move my motorcycle to the side of the road, and you can go.” But the villagers wouldn't let him leave.

The driver said, “I beg you, please go to hospital with me. It won't cost you or me a penny. My insurance company will cover the costs. Otherwise, I won't be able to leave here.”

I did as he asked and went to the hospital in someone's car. I had a big bump on my head. A CT scan showed that one third of my brain had dark patches over it. The doctor told me that I needed to stay there for further observation. If the dark patches didn't go away, they would transfer me to a larger hospital for treatment.

My husband, who also practices Falun Gong, rushed to the hospital when he heard of the accident. He sat on the bed beside me and asked me with a smile, “How do you feel? Is there anything wrong?” I answered, “I am fine.” “So let's go home!” he said.

The bus driver, doctor, nurse and other onlookers were all surprised. The bus driver said to my husband, “If you want to deal with the incident in private, tell me how much money you want.”

“Thank you, but we are Falun Gong practitioners,” my husband said. “I'm sure she'll be fine.”

He assured the bus driver that we would not make trouble for him. The driver was moved and said to me, “If you don't want to stay in the hospital, take some medicine with you.” The doctor prescribed some medicine for me, but my husband said we didn't need it.

The driver said, “I met some good people today. Let's have a dinner together when you're better!” My husband replied, “You have a full busload of passengers waiting for you. You should go. Please remember 'Falun Dafa is good.'” The driver shook hands with my husband and sincerely thanked him.

My father-in-law went to a market the next day. As he waited for the bus, many people were talking about the accident. One person said, “It was a miracle. The collision made such a big sound, but the motorcycle and rider were fine.” Another person said, “Falun Gong practitioners are different. Their Master protects them.”

An elderly woman on the bus asked my father-in-law, “I heard a bus hit a Falun Gong practitioner in your village. The bus driver offered money as compensation, but she didn't ask for a penny. Is it true?”

“She's my daughter-in-law,” my father-in-law said proudly. Nobody in my village has said anything bad about Falun Gong since.
