Mr. Xu Zengyan was arrested by officers from the Guangming Police Station on July 16, 2017, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. His home was ransacked.
Mr. Xu is being held in Longjing City.
3. [Dongliao County, Jilin Province] Ms. Tan Laotai Arrested
Ms. Tan Laotai was arrested on July 17, 2017.
4. [Xichang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Fu Shiqiong Detained
Ms. Fu Shiqiong was arrested on July 14, 2017. She is being held at the Xichang City Detention Center.
5. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Feng Deqiong Sentenced
Ms. Feng Deqiong was arrested by officers from the Lu County Domestic Security Division on December 29, 2016. She was taken to the Naxi Detention Center.
Lu County Court sentenced her to a two-year prison term and fined her 2,000 yuan on July 6, 2017.
6. [Tianjin] Ms. Liu Guihua Detained
Ms. Liu Guihua was arrested at her home by plainclothes officers on July 7, 2017. The police ransacked the place and confiscated Falun Gong books, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, and a laptop computer.
Ms. Liu was taken to the Baodi District Detention Center.

Ms. Zhang Hongping was arrested on July 8, 2017.
8. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Ms. Cai Lin and Mr. Wang Enfeng Detained
Ms. Cai Lin and Mr. Wang Enfeng, in his 40s, were arrested by officers from the Quanpu Police Station on July 14, 2017. The police confiscated their tricycle.
Both practitioners are being held at a detention center.

9. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Ruixia Detained
Ms. Wang Ruixia, 60, was arrested by officers from the Guangchang Police Station of the Zhangdian District Railway Station on July 3, 2017.
Her home was ransacked by officers from the police station, the Zichuan Domestic Security Division, and the Banyanglu Police Station. The police confiscated a picture of the founder of Falun Gong and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.
Ms. Wang was held at the Zibo City Detention Center for seven days. Her family was forced to pay 3,000 yuan before she was released on bail, pending trial.

10. [Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Li Yalian, Ms. Liang Zhichang and another practitioner were arrested on July 11, 2017, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.
11. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Gu Xinfang's Sentence Changed
Ms. Gu Xinfang was arrested on October 15, 2015, and held at the Nanjing City Detention Center for nine months. She was released on bail pending trial on July 27, 2016.
Ms. Gu was tried on March 29, 2017, and was required to go to court another two times. She was sentenced to a one-year prison term, which was changed to one year of probation and a 10,000 yuan fine.
12. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Mr. Tian Kaishan on Hunger Strike
Mr. Tian Kaishan was sentenced to a two-year prison term and was fined 1,000 yuan in the Yi County Court on July 13, 2017. Mr. Tian went on hunger strike to protest the persecution.

Ms. Rong Lanrong was arrested and taken to the Tongzhou District Detention Center on July 18, 2017, for distributing information materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was detained for 15 days.
14. [Kangbao County, Hebei Province] Ms. Qian Fenglin and Ms. Zhu Yu’e Arrested
Ms. Qian Fenglin and Ms. Zhu Yu’e were arrested and taken to the Shisanli Detention Center on July 15, 2017, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.
15. [Huixian County, Henan Province] Mr. Niu Puyin and Ms. Gao Shilian's Whereabouts Unknown
Mr. Niu Puyin and Ms. Gao Shilian were arrested at home by officers from the Huixian City Domestic Security Division on July 14, 2017. The police confiscated Falun Gong books.
Mr. Niu Puyin and Ms. Gao's whereabouts are unknown.
16. [Zhumadian City, Henan Province] Mr. Zhai Xinhua Tried
Mr. Zhai Xinhua was tried in the Yicheng District Court on December 8, 2016. He appealed.
The city Intermediate Court did not want to hold a trial on the case, and returned it back to the Yicheng District Court.
Yicheng District Court held a re-trail on July 20, 2017.
Mr. Zhai Xinhua is being held at the Zhumadian City Detention Center.

Ms. Mu Guifeng was arrested at her sister's home by officers from the Nanda Town Police Station on July 7, 2017. She is being held at the Huludao Detention Center.
