On Important Matters, Practitioners Must Pay Attention to the Attitude of Minghui Net

Since Master Li's words, "on important matters, practitioners must watch the position of Minghui Net," spread to practitioners around the world, the Falun Dafa Bulletin Board has received some letters of inquiry from practitioners in Mainland China. In response to some practitioners' questions about how to treat Minghui Net and the articles posted on Minghui Net, the Bulletin Board hereby introduces the following important information:

1. Since April 25, 1999, the assistance centers and practice sites across Mainland China have encountered severe damage during the wanton attacks from the evil forces. Minghui Net was established under these circumstances. Since its establishment one year ago, Minghui has taken on the responsibilities of connecting Dafa disciples around the world, spreading Dafa information, and exchanging practitioners' thoughts and understandings. Although most of the articles posted on Minghui Net are the understandings of individual practitioners, there has been a group of practitioners responsible for careful and detailed proofreading, editing, and approval.

2. Since its establishment, Minghui Net has been supported, protected, and trusted by practitioners around the world. Therefore, the Chinese government has also resorted to all means to destroy Minghui Net. While completely monitoring, controlling, and blocking Internet access to Minghui Net in Mainland China, the Chinese government has directly and recklessly hacked the Minghui Net website many times. The Chinese government has also instructed spies to spread rumors to stir up confusion and chaos among readers of Minghui Net so as to interfere with the spread of important Dafa information. However, with the guidance of Dafa, practitioners all over the world, especially the practitioners in North America and Mainland China, have broken through all kinds of blockades and overcome various difficulties and obstacles under these severe circumstances. Therefore, Minghui Net has been able to develop stably and soundly, and has become the reliable source of Falun Dafa information to practitioners and society.

3. On January 19, 2000, Master Li published a picture on Minghui Net titled "Master Li quietly watching practitioners and people in the world amidst the mountains after leaving New York last July." This was the first time that Master Li expressed his attitude towards Minghui Net to all practitioners. Since then, all of Master Li's new articles have been first published on Minghui Net.

4. On June 15, 2000, Minghui Net was instructed to give an advanced notice of an upcoming new article. The notice clearly announced, for the first time, Master Li's words: "It is not that Minghui Net does not make mistakes, however, on important matters, practitioners watch the position of Minghui Net. The purpose of posting my photo and the article 'The Knowing Heart' on Minghui Net was to build a trustworthy website for practitioners."

Currently, all Dafa websites, especially Minghui Net, continue to carry out important historic duties. At present, the special cosmic phenomenon is that, for every disciple both inside and outside of China, "clarifying the truth to people around the world" has become the most important task of "assisting teacher in the human world." It is now also the solemn historic moment when all genuine disciples are cultivating "towards Consummation." Therefore, within the current complicated and difficult environment, it is imperative and of great urgency for all practitioners to know about the materials posted on Minghui Net thoroughly and to spread them widely.
