Iceland Radio Wishes SOS Walk Success

Along with coverage in TV and newspapers, the SOS walk in Iceland was also covered by "The Mirror," a radio news-magazine. According to the radio journalist, 5-6 minutes of the 25-minute program was used to cover Falun Gong.

The radio program included the history of Falun Gong, characteristics of the practice, what was happening in China, the Global SOS RescueWalk and interviews with practitioners.

After the last interview, the journalist finished the program by saying: "We wish them [the Falun Gong practitioners] good luck, and hope that their many steps through the world will lead to the immediate end of the persecution of practitioners of physical exercises and meditation."
