Deputy Chief of the Minyun Police Station Receives Retribution and Dies in a Car Accident

Xiao Kecheng used to be the Deputy Chief of the Minyun Police Station in Xigang District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province. He actively participated in the persecution against Falun Dafa directed by Jiang Zemin and his political group. As early as July 21, 1999, Xiao took the leading role in forcefully sending Falun Dafa practitioners to Yaojia Detention Center, where practitioners were illegally detained and persecuted. On September 28, 2001, Xiao Kecheng met his retribution for his extensive persecution against Falun Dafa practitioners: after consuming a large amount of alcohol, he drove his car onto the wrong side of the road. The car accident that followed this act killed him.

We sternly warn those wicked people who are still in delusion: Falun Dafa is the truth of the universe. Anyone who attempts to damage Falun Dafa will meet retribution for their crimes.
