Yilan

On October 14, 2001, more than 40 Yilan practitioners participated in a local fair to demonstrate the Falun Gong exercises. The youngest practitioner was only 5-years-old and the oldest was 80-years-old.

The peaceful and compassionate energy field touched many people. After the demonstration, practitioners answered questions about Falun Gong and clarified the truth of the persecution in China. Many people signed the SOS! Urgent Rescue petition letter.

Kaohsiung

The board of health held a mass breakfast event that over 23 thousand people attended. It set a new Guinness world record. Falun Gong practitioners were also invited to participate. At the entrance, some practitioners distributed Dafa bookmarks and flyers to those waiting in line to go in, and some collected signatures.

In the afternoon, practitioners demonstrated Falun Gong exercises on the stage. The peaceful exercises attracted many people. Some were even drawn to imitate the movements.
