Heilongjiang Dafa Practitioner Huang Guodong Is on the Verge of Death Due to Long-Term Detention and Torture
(Clearwisdom.net) Huang Guodong is a 51-year-old Dafa practitioner in
Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province. One night in February 2001, he came home
and found two policemen waiting to arrest him. Later it was learned that these
two policemen managed to get into his home when nobody was there. Both Huang and
his son were taken to Nanshan Police Station in the Tielinghe area, allegedly
for printing and distributing flyers. In the police station, the police tied
them up with ropes and started to beat Huang. Huang was tortured for a whole day
and night and his screams were really heartbreaking. As a result of the beating,
Huang lost control of his bowels and bladder. In addition, Huang was handcuffed
and shackled after the torment. Later he was sent to a detention center where he
has been for more than 8 months now. During his detention, Miao Qiang and two
other policemen beat Huang again. Huang hasn't been able to eat anything for 14
days and his life is in imminent danger. Huang's wife has talked to Li
Changqing, a staff person from the 610 office (an agency specifically created
to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration
in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems), and the
director of the Nanshan Police Station many times, requesting Huang's release.
However, instead of releasing Huang, they tried to extort money from her.
