In less than one year since he was appointed Committee Chair, two Dafa practitioners (Gao Mei and Wang Yongdong) have been tortured to death. Li Yun (phonetical spelling, actual spelling unknown): Director (or Associate Director) of the Yishui County Economics and Trade Committee; in charge of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners within the Yishui County Economics and Trade department.

Li Hongwei: Associate Director of the Yishui Town Comprehensive Management Office, Yishui County. Before Li Hongwei was transferred to the Yishui Town, he used to work at the Gaozhuang Town Comprehensive Management Office, where he became well known for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. In September 2000, Li was appointed the leader of the Fengjia Village brainwashing class. Because Li violently and cruelly beat people, he was later assigned to the Huangshanpu Town brainwashing class to continue persecuting Dafa practitioners. Zhang Peitao: The present director of the Gaozhuang Town Comprehensive Management Office; a chief criminal who has been persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners.

Zhang Dingcheng: The Huangshanpu Town Party Committee Chair; originally is from Yishui Town. Zhang Dingchen is a thug who beat people at the Huangshanpu brainwashing class. Liu Jinju: Director of Fuguanzhuang Rural Area Comprehensive Management Office, Yishui County; originally from Mazhan, Yishui County. He is this rural area's chief criminal and a thug who persecutes Dafa and Dafa practitioners.

He Changping: A staff member in the Fuguanzhuang Rural Area Judicial Section of Yishui County; originally from Xiashanyang Village, Shagou Town, Yishui County. He is the chief criminal and thug in charge of persecuting Dafa in the rural area.

Liu Peipo: Former Director of Chaishan Rural Area Comprehensive Management Office [The Chaishan rural area and the Longjiaquan rural area have merged to form the Longjiaquan rural area]. Liu is the local chief criminal who persecutes Dafa practitioners. Liu illegally arrests and humiliates Dafa practitioners.

Wang Xiufeng: is from the former Chaishan rural area judicial section. He is a major thug in the local area who persecutes Dafa practitioners.
